I am 43 years old. I am 4 years no contact in a couple of weeks. This festive period has been one of the most difficult periods in my adult life. If you have genuinely suffered at the hands of these people then i wish you peace and much love in 2020

Patriarchy cult Is the beast system I only get depressed over the festive period and my birthdays. My birthday was on Wednesday there! The depression never misses me! I started on Monday but thankfully lifted on my birthday. About 2 weeks before Christmas I start to go downhill. You could set your watch by it. My depression and anxiety have massively reduced any other time though
I hear you. The people who you thought were going to build you up are the ones who tear you down and want to see you suffer. My siblings have done worse than I have ever done. Yet, they are the ones who are having a problem with my behavior. My brother drove drunk with my mom. He drinks and drives constantly. (He has even gone to prison for drunk driving multiple times, but he does it anyway.) He was speeding and swerving and almost killed them. She was scared, but I'm the problem. Who needs enemies when your family plays that role perfectly. I'm working on my exit strategy now.

When you defend yourself, they say you're "defensive"... So frustrating!
Never react to them because it is all used against you.

It gets at the root of this issue by validating the spiritual basis by identifying it as demonic.

I’m in a war with a narc at work. It was an unspoken war for many years but it became overt about six months ago. I did use the narc’s tactics against him. HR are dealing with it now. I wouldn’t recommend it as it consumes your life. I’m just looking forward to the day I can leave that place.

So true, especially the covert Narcissist. Not only do they prey on weak people, covert narcissists prey on the most successful people around & make them weak too. They are cowards as well as codependents. I still don't underestimate them though. They can be pretty dangerous & inflexible. So yeah, I totally can relate & agree with you beautiful robot girl. Also, can you do a video on examples with Narcissists as athletes, therapists, police officers, doctors & etc professions? It would really help me.

Mix together courage, fortitude, determination, and no-contact. Sprinkle love towards others (who aren't narcs) as you move on with your new narc-free life. Bake until new, wonderful life emerges. 🍞 Much love!🥰

When you feel the need to stand up to a narcissist,..and point out their hurtful behaviour towards you,...try this,...talk some comman sense into a cinder block,...that's basically the same results you'll get from ur narc abuser. Just walk away & laugh,..

He's (the narcissistic ex)is always saying it's my fault that him and his family,gaslighted and mentally and physically abused abused me,they would keep it up,then when I struck back they would call the police.Now,that I've gone no contact,(minimal with the ex,he won't move out)I'm finally able to have my record expunged,and pursue a decent career.🙂

This is timely, my brother started a fight with me for defending myself today. He's trying to turn my daughter into his flying monkey but she's not falling for his bullshit.

That's right. you cant beat them coz they have done this many times before. They have tools to test your acceptance of their behaviour. As said its best just to escape to a new town because they basically have the psychopathic mindset of a serial killer only their act is slower, more calculated and legal.
Maybe the best thing to do is tell as many people as possible of your suspicions immediately, sure you will damage yourself but this will damage their game much more and as you have identified yourself as a victim any further act against you will validate your claim. This is the only way you win, you both go down then you get up and brush yourself off, but their shit sticks. Best to 'use' your contacts in this way to prevent them being lost. This form of attack is the best defense.
Nice to see you with a new video. I just watched some of your videos again yesterday, they are always comfort to me. The information is not always right (like thinking of hurting yourself to accuse your narc), but your heart is right. Narcissist is everywhere in China, half of them are narc I think, you can't escape. When we can't escape, confrontation and exposure is effective. or expose them before escape. When fighting them, fight with stick, not with our hand, but with iron stick, with a mind of cold ,strong, true and honest.
But we must have at least a member of our army on our side, ( which is a luxury most time), otherwise we just strive for breathing, too weak physically and spiritually.

I had to apologize to my narcissist because of my position in church. And because of the age gap (they are an elder I’m a young adult). They found the pettiest things to complain on me for. They ended up stepping down though, from the department we shared because, I introduced rules and reform to the department and basically frustrated them out of the job we shared.
