New players always ask me: "How badly does it hurt to get shot?"
I always tell them, "the most painful shots will come from your own teammates. The other team will likely see you and shoot long before they can get close enough to really hurt you. But your teammates? They'll be standing right next to you. And eventually, one of them will accidentally shoot you point blank.
I remember the first time I went out playing paintball, and getting shot in the calf from 3ish feet away. Hurt way worse than any of the hits (including the fingers) I've experienced in the last 5 years of playing speedball 🤷♂️
Happened to me last September, didn’t call out that I was retreating and my buddy shot me 3 times as soon as I ran out around the corner, literally they all bounced and I had to like sit down for minute because they hurt so fucking much, anyways all 3 left quite a mark especially one of them which is still in my chest lol, I remember going around to people showing it and everyone was in like utter shock lmao
i got hit on my non fully healed broken wrist from like 1 foot away from an enemy player who literally climbed over a wall to shoot me from above. and he had to hit my wrist

I always thought getting shot in the shoulder blades/lats hurt the most lol.
“Don’t bring your own paint” I was told this and had a lengthy convo with the park owner, “what if it’s the same kind of paint? I have my own marker” and I was told that I still needed to buy paint from the park or their stare which was another 1hr away. When I got there I asked the rev do you need to check our paint and I was greeting with a chuckle and “nah buddy we don’t check paint” and this is why I get reliable paint the best store I can get it
About the usage of field paint their are many local paintball fields that allow you to use your own paint but make sure to do some research before you go to the field 👍
I feel like he’s saying it more to like say support your local field by buying their paint if I had to guess even if he doesn’t say that directly

#1. DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR MASK OFF ON THE FIELD!
Everything else is secondary.
Good advice. Stretching is important . Especially if you an older player. I have learned that recently. Only thing , I do different is I eat a big breakfast but only like a protein bar for lunch when I am playing.

Great advice with those batteries. Saw that many times. Sometimes guys says, no its not battery, its gun, i put new one today. What battery brand you put in it? Dunno just bough it on gass station. Oh ok, puts in new quality 9v, boom, gun runs great!

About BYOP - The fields out here in cali, they allow you to bring your own. ASG, Camp P, Jungle Island, Ambush. I would suggest calling the field you are traveling to for the first time and ask what their policy is first. 1 Field out here has banned certain fill color, but you can still bring your own as long its not the banned fill.

@@luiseno1918 as far as I know they don't have any fill color that is banned. My boys and I shoot all different color fill

Everyone on about the bringing your own paint, i went to a site last weekend and they wanted me to pay £70 for 500 which I obviously didn’t agree with. So I bought myself a box of paint (2000) for £30 and that got me through the session. So if they high price you definitely bring your own but don’t do it at your local.
Do check and chrono the rental gear.. check en before playin is always nice and wise... xxx one kove

I have a question
Is a smoke lens ok for a indoor field
Quite late but I’d advise a clear lens as it won’t be bright enough for a smoke lens but if you have nothing else smoke works just fine wherever, it’s just acts as sunglasses.
No, but they are really nice for bright, very sunny days on an open field.
Love the video but where I play if you get shot by your teammate you just wipe it and keep playing. Noone is going out for that lmao

How do u deal with cheaters at the paintball field bc I was at the paintball field and there was a cheater and I shot him like a good few times and he wouldn’t go out and the guy literally had a shot on his lens and shot back at me and then I started yelling at him and after the game the owner of the field was giving me shit instead of talking to the other player
futureball you can bring your own paint but cant bring red paint. This only applys to owning your own gear if renting must us field paint

Yesterday I saw some guy play in crocs
I only play at parks where I can bring my own paintballs. I try to get D3FY paint level 1 mostly. Sorry but field paint suck, and over priced. Y would I pay $25 for 500 paintball when you can go to your local shop and pay $35 for a box of 2000? I play all day 3-4 boxes.
How do you buy your paint? I thought having paintballs shipped to your house or whatever was a big no-no

Yes, this deserve it's own position in both list. The first time I ever played, our ref told us that a direct shot to the eye will bust it and pop the other one. I'm sure it was an exaggeration, but I'm not gonna try it for myself.
