I've seen ways to upload csv files to chatgtp 3.5, but it's a bit hacky. For example here is an example: ua-cam.com/video/jbt7TKiI-n8/v-deo.html&pp=ygUVdXBsb2FkIGNzdiB0byBjaGF0Z3B0
I haven't tried this, so I'm not sure how well it works.
But chatgpt3.5 should be able to give you insights, if you are able to provide it with data somehow :)

they changed the layout, you can just attached the file in the GPT4 screen (where you type prompts there attachment icon)

hehe... I don't think it's that serious yet. The machines can only do so much. But together with a data person it's going to be super powerful.
