I’ll explain why you shouldn’t trust Google Analytics 4 Customer Life Time value and what you should use instead. CLV is an extremely important metric for any business because it measures the total amount of money a customer is expected to spend with your business over their lifetime with you.
I advise you just export your orders from your ecommerce platforms and then look at them in Google Sheets or Excel. And it’s easier than you think, as I will provide you with a template.
