  • 20 minutes of POWER! Let's go team! To add a little extra spice to this workout, we incorporate a Pilates Ball (or a small cushion or folded towel). Otherwise we move with just our bodyweight to ignite and strengthen the entire body. Enjoy!

    Good morning :) I haven't got any pilate ball, can I do the work out with a dumbbell instead ? :)

      If no Pilates ball, a small cushion, soft toy or need a rolled up towel/jumoee can work
