My wife has been pillion for a number of years,she loves the twisties,anoying thing is i can't go anywhere without her.

I totally enjoy having @SheWolf-Uk on the bike with me. She loves being on the back and the sweet vibrations the pillion seat provides ;) even though she rides a bike of her own... She still squeals when I accelerate, just causes her to hug me a little tighter ~ something like a Mid-flight Cuddle. 🥰 Our experience is made much better now we use a Moman Hp4 bluetooth intercom thing, we can easily talk to each other up to "highway speeds." Hope to See you out there sometime dude. Remember it`s Not the bike you`re riding, it all depends on the nut that connects the seat to the handle bars! I love it even though I have learned to ride my own bike. Its even better now we have the Moman I agree with Lonewolf because it makes trying to speak to each other so much easier. I wouldn't be riding my own bike if I had never got on the back of Lonewolf's bike in pillion..... I used to laugh at the idea of riding a motorbike now look at me practicing to get my own bigger bike. Stay safe and best wishes ~ She Wolf

My wife loved giving other bikers nods and waves lol. Also Ive been to the Hickorys in Southport a few ties, good food.
They love it don't they haha. Yeah really good food and got a few freebies because it was our first night out as Mum and Dad haha, beers, popcorn and chocolate! We will certainly return there haha

My 13yr old daughter loves being my sidekick on the back. She can’t wait till she’s older and can ride
When you first start, the helmets bounce a bit. Definitely teaches you to be a bit smoother on the throttle and brakes

Rode for years alone on sport bikes just moved to a cruiser and persuaded the gf to ride only had one ride and she loves it . Think the back rest helps as she doesn't feel like she going to slide off .looking forward to are first summer riding , and hickeys at Preston is great food ride safe both you guys 👍
Amazing that you've got her to go on the back! Yeah I think Mrs Pud would love a back rest, she worries about slipping off haha
I'm sure Mrs pud would but it's hard to let the sport bike go to get a cruiser with a sissy bar . But to be able to share the love off bike riding and the other bikers you meet with your partner is more than worth the sacrifice lol . Yeah absolutely mate, fortunately the lack of sissy bar won't stop her from coming on the bike so we're all gravy!!
Give it a few more trips out and she'll not be clinging on - she'll be perched on the back texting.

I took my niece to a mates in Leeds, A58. I told her to hold tight at hellfire crossroads.
She screamed ALL the way up to the top.
We get to her mates and I asked if she was scared, no. She said she was really laughing.

Oh I bet that was mega! Yeah sounds very similar to Tegan, she was a little scared first time we went on the motorway but as soon as I cranked the power on think she fell in love with it!

I've ridden with "My Wiiiife" on the back a few times, the main thing I notice is braking is a fair bit slower, turning acceleration etc. She seems to enjoy it but didn't like the higher speed stuff, have to take it steady.
Yeah totally agree with you on that mate!!! Ahhh not an issue taking it steady, still a cracking experience to do together.

Absolutely mate it's great! I've got a Cardo Packtalk Edge but Tegan doesn't have one just yet so not internal coms, just shouting at each other through helmets for now hahaha
I have a Yzf1000r and let me tell you, it`s quite... "entertaining" to have my wife on the back ^^ and the amount of looks we get while out and about is astonishing! We are always getting comments from other riders, at traffic lights, saying: "bet it`s fun 2`sUP on that?" Have fun, enjoy the ride.
Yeah on a 1000 will be a totally another level again haha

@@pudmoto wasn't bad, just totally different feel on a small bike, she was a great passenger to be fair. We did the rumble in the tunnel on new years eve.
