Been watching these videos for about 3 years now and as a consistent workout person, there is no other cardio that keeps my body fit. I am typically a long distance runner 5 miles plus and even so nothing keeps me looking and feeling better than these HIIT cycling sessions. I’ve watched other UA-cam videos but they do not compare these cyclist really push you. If I need to shred a couple pounds I’m doing this four times a week max and I see great results. Don’t ever stop these videos please!!! Love love love!!

I just want to say that I used to hate my indoor bike and cycling in general. Your online classes and instructors have brought some joy into my workout routine now. Here in Western Canada we get a lot of rain so having a fast, efficient, indoor workout is so important. Thank you GCN!

Love the narration during the workout and interaction between the cyclists.
My only recommendation is to talk about your personal races and situations when you are pushing us through the hits to imagine and visualize where we are at to push more and give more sense to the efforts.
It would be even more fun!
Do you have a video on transitioning back outdoors after winter (Canada) I have never trained indoors, I rode a lot last summer. It took me awhile to adjust to indoors(much easier with your videos) just curious how it might feel. I’m using just a regular trainer, thanks
