There is no vertical adjustment on this price gun, so it could be 1 of 3 issues.
1. The labels you are using aren't the correct labels.
2. If these are pre-printed labels, it's possible the printing wasn't done correctly and is not in the safe print area margin.
3. The price gun is defective or damaged.
