Bill, I think I love you. I was so frustrated that not only would I have thrown my gun, I was about to quit my job and go live in the woods as an hermit so I never had to deal with a situation like this ever again. You are a true life-saver, you are loved and I am proud of you, never forget that.

After an hour wasted, going through tons of labels and three people trying to figure this out. We finally…. FINALLY, got it to work. We should’ve just looked up the video after the first 10 minutes. 😅 now we know, don’t waste your time figuring it out for too long. UA-cam definitely has a tutorial on how to put it in correctly.
Hey Bill can you make a video on how to get your supplies coordinator to actually send you the ink that’s needed for these blasted things to work as well? I’d love that. Then I can send it to whoever decides to actually fulfill the supplies orders I make for my store 😭

What model of Garvey is it? I want one. I have the Impressa model made in Italy which has the option for: Price Making, Date and Time Labelling, Batch Coding & Inventory Control. I find this model complex to load label and ink. Thanks.
