Don't waste your money on the Alpinestars SMX-2 Carbon gloves. Stick with either one of these in the video.

Bought the smx-1 but sized down one sz as per recommended by the seller due to the stretch. Very happy with the purchase. Great comparison video!

I returned SMX-1 V2 model and ordered SPX. They came to me today. Very good velcro, very good protection. I have a problem with lenght. I likes that they are medium cuff but in real I dont know now it's designed on or under jacket's sleeve. Little bit weird.
SMX model - good quality in touch (alpinestars!) except velcro, but man, so thin, so light, only for summer. I know it's a summer glove but man, a bit too thin in my opinion, like scooter gloves.
Velcro is very poor and not cover the hand - main issue in my opinion and that's why i returned them.
SPX are very comfortable from the start of use. SMX were very, very tight (stiff) at the beginning. I had marks on my hands from use.
