If you used concrete drill bits technically you could it would prolly take for ever to drill anything. Hammer drills that are designed for that have that tapping motion to them witch is what you need to drill into concrete. I wouldn’t spend any money on drill bits hoping you will be able to drill concrete with a hand drill

@@DavidsDiyReviews it's a drill bit but hollow and I drill it into the wood, then you cut the wood and push out the dowel like nails.
