I tried several fix it's on here and you are the first one where it seems to work. Most say some frame is broken or that I need to delete clips, copy paste them or whatever but actually it helped to put down the render speed from max to 75, my laptop was simply too overwhelmed I guess. I had rendered 10x times longer videos so I wouldn't have thought that is the problem. Thanks. :)

Very Helpful Thank you very much! I also noticed that if I repaired disk permissions (osx) with Utility and restarted the computer ,sounds card and drive it worked better. I was forced to render Titles out of Final Cut then import back to Davinci for it to work properly before this!

@@MolinGuides I wish I knew why this weird problem occurs, but I think it might have something to do with Fusion files. I'm just going to do Chroma key in the timeline and dispense with Fusion altogether, going forward. Thanks again!

its still does not work for me, there is no problem when i use capcut, filmora, premier, but when i use DaVinci my PC always restarting when i want to export/render the files

I didn't sleep all night waiting for a frozen render to complete..... after applying these settings, I went from 1:06:43 for a 7 minutes render to 21:24 for that same render timeline

Not saying these won't help but in my case I had to watch the timeliness see where the crash happened. I then realized it crashed at a point where I had music clips .
I then reminded my music clips and it ran all the wag through.
One drive seems to be the of cause issues I've had with divinci resolve

I have no clue why they have the Render Speed set on Maximum, looks like 69.69% of people cannot render on maximum but rather on 75 or 100%

1:01 I have a problem with those disk spaces. Disk space currently used is at 22% but the Disk space used after render 108%. I have more than 500GB left storage on all three partitions. Why is this happening? Hey Molin! Do you have any fix for that? The files that I am editing is hardly 12 GB. I have tried rendering multiple times now, and it always gets stuck at around 86%. I even downgraded my version. I thought this problem was in latest 18.0.1 but I am facing the same issue in 17.4.6 something like that. I need help with this. Please if you can help. Thank you.
