Nobody controlling it.
This is a sacred time. Families are reading the names of those that perished and all you're showing us are the politicians in attendance? Because they matter? The families matter! Goodness, every year there are more and more young people who never knew their beloved family/friends who died that day. While it is very sad, it also shows how life indeed goes on. And its beautiful to think of surviving loved ones telling newer generations about their faithful departed. But boy, one of these days, many years from now, there won't be anyone alive who was living on that day. What a thought. I hope they never stop doing this beautiful remembrance.
