What a nice, modern house at an unbeatable price! Plenty of room with a nice garden and huge garage too. No compromises on this one. Love the cat on the roof during the drone shot. Another great video of a house that's more affordable and liveable than many these days. This one probably won't last long.

If I were going to stay in the states, a place like this would be nice. But in trying to leave, looking for the properties with more land and environment feel are what I am looking for now. Great home though!

Hello Nick and Vitor, nice house if I was to buy I’d have to make sure they were taking all the cats with them I reckoned on there was 8 cats at that house the smell must be out of this world. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind cats as long as they are someone else’s I just can’t take the smell of them especially in numbers, we went round to visit some friends and as soon as we walked into their home I could smell cat and they had only just got one that day from another friend who couldn’t get rid of their last kitten so this friend we were visiting took it on the spur of the moment. I don’t know what it is as we always had a cat when I was young and I never noticed it.
Anyway it’s a nice bright house with a small garden there was more driveway than garden haha but it’s what the young ones seem to like nowadays so will be great for someone like that. 😊😊
Maybe there were 5 cats as the black and white one who ran away from its spot in the kitchen kept leaving its subsequent resting spots. It's probably the same cat that was on the roof during the drone shots.
The house didn't smell at all Martin, no whiff of cats anywhere.
They're not my favourite animal and these seemed particularly timid too.
Maybe they rescued them from the street ♥️
What a lovely house… lots of light! Do you get to keep the cats? (I’m a cat mom). There is a lot of ‘driveway’… I think I might be tempted to just use one entrance (at the back by the garage), if it’s just as easily accessible, and give myself more garden space… but that’s just a personal preference… and change the flooring downstairs to a nice terracotta. Beautiful home!
There was another cat, on the roof by the front balcony, in the end drone footage! 🐈⬛🐈🐾

Very nice house !! I know the place very well. Location drawbacks are : plaia fluvial is smashing but you have to pay a fee to enter. FIRES /!\ ... but this is exactly the same with all central Portugal and bloody eucalyptus...and a bit far from main roads (IC8, A13...) . But the price is ok, ... compared with overpriced other offers.

I think it's a duplex if that means semi detached (attached to one other house) that's a mirror image of it.
@@destino2portugalIt's not a duplex. The latter applies to an apartment that's on two separate floors. This is a house that has two floors, but it's not a duplex.
@@perolagrande Hi, where I live now this is called a "duplex" i.e. a two- family side by side house, usually the halves are mirror images.
@@lapsedluddite3381 Also if its 2 story with separate entries for each floor that are the 2 units but with the same layout...just stacked rather than side by side.
