Baked Char Siu Chicken Wings - Cánh Gà Nướng Xá Xíu

Ingredients:
4 pounds chicken wings
1 package roast red pork seasoning mix (Lobo Brand)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce/regular oyster sauce
2 tbsp cooking rice wine, Michiu
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup hot water
Garnish: roasted sesame seeds and green onions (optional)
