I really like the idea but I am thinking that a lot of those tools will just slide right out of their sleeves when the lid is closed and the cart jostled while it is horizontal, say while riding around in the bed. Maybe not the really long ones in the rear row that would be held back by the front wall of the cart box, but that yellow thing and the shorter tools in the front row - did you find that to be a problem? I like how you used the handle to wedge the levels and such in, but does that still work with the handle down? You would need to put those things in a different place when transporting the cart. same with the power tools you hang from the plastic clamp. good for getting from the unloaded truck site to the work area in one trip. great repurpose of the Husky bucket bag!
I would love to see from a higher angle how you are fitting items into the rolling box, say between 1:00 and 1:20. Merely my own curiosity, since I think I struggle to determine what fits in there well.
