NOW THIS A CONTRACTOR I WANT ON MY JOB SITE! You know you have a quality contractor when he shows up driving this! Great organization and attention to detail bud!! 🤠
Just bought the same gear, ready to fit out at weekend 😀 Can I ask what is the drill storage system like when out and about in the van. I am worried that they would come out whilst driving, as I know they are meant to be used as shop storage. Does the bungee secure ok? Great vids as always 👍
I had all custom made Citren Jumper packed out with packout stuff - and i sold it all for custom made cabindets and places to place tanos systainers. I take care of my tools i dont let them get wet. And for that reason having packout that take out so much space in van was just waste of space. Systainers are way much more compact outside and they are spacious inside. Ofc plastic is not as robust but still plenty strong for me.
Wow! Absolutely love it. Thinking of ditching my tool boxes in my van and just having Milwaukee pack out kits. What kinda cost we looking for all that?
Not to dissimilar to my set up, works well untill it rains as you forget the back doors are open 😂, my sds drill and bits along with my sawzall and blades are in the normal packout case depending on your sds model it may also fit like mine
Would be interested to know a ball park cost of the system you have installed Simon. Less your own tools of course. Also you might consider a small fire extinguisher with all those batteries and expensive tools on board.
maybe put the secon drawer of the stack on the left to the bottom of the stack to the right you can still acces both drawers from the side door but do not have to unstack that much when you want something from the big bottom box since its more up
Looks good but i wonder happens when you have an emergency break i think the first two rows will sertenly break out. unless you make fill peace between the front wall and the boxes
Great video again Simon, especially cause I'm thinking of converting to the Packout system. What packout box did/would you use for the first fix Milwaukee nail gun? I can't decided if it'll fix in a large packout box
I can’t remember exactly and don’t want to tell you the wrong thing! I carefully measured the screw slots in the mounting plate then allowed for the ply. I had a bit of wiggle room as the van had a plastic lining installed under the ply
I honestly love them. There really comfortable and just easy to get on with especially having the Bluetooth capabilities. Might be a video we do in the future 👍
Lovely setup Simon! Hit us up if you want to customise any of those Packouts with some Shadow Foam. We make inserts for every Packout box right here in the UK, up in Chehsire 👍
Guy is living few month forwards than any other Milwaukee guy in uk. Where did you got that orbital sander? Dust extractor for such tradesman is a joke. 6 bay charger does it charges at onece all of them.? Seen makita dropped packout charger box fot far more batteries to charge and keep them organised.
What orbital sander!? 😬 nothing to see here 🤣 I do also have a larger dust extractor but I don’t keep it in the van permanently as it also gets used in the workshop. This ones great though. The 6 bay charger has red link intelligence so optimists charging depending on the battery and will charge 2 simultaneously at rapid charge. It’s not only a great charger but also as you say storage for your batteries.
@@simonbowler1 Thank you for the reply. Nothing can pass unattended through my eyes 👀 😁 I know you got bigger extractor. i’ve seen previous vids and your outstanding workmanship. My point is all of them (dust extractors)on bats are standing for light dust. If pack out compatible (dust extractor) next one will stand again for class L and not M. Even though going to have same components (ipulses) as competitors it will be big point for consideration buy or not.
And you wonder why vans up and down the country get broken into thanks mate really helps with videos like this telling the world smash a van window and have a look in the back
You obviously missed the point I made about security. The beauty of this system is it’s so easy to only carry what I need for each day and stay organised meaning not all my tools are in the van at once. It also means at the end of each day it’s very easy and quick to remove all of my tools from the van and store them securely. It actually helps me to be more secure and less susceptible to theft.
Nice setup mate but I bet you’re van has been marked by the van thieves me i wouldn’t put this on the internet you can get your 5 minutes of fame some other way good luck
I had the toughsystem arranged like this and boy do you always needs what’s at the bottom 😂
You might not know I won the lottery but there would be signs 😂
🤣
Well organised van and site impresses clients
It does. And makes life easier aswell 👍🏻
NOW THIS A CONTRACTOR I WANT ON MY JOB SITE!

Thank you 👍
This is literally the best thing I’ve ever seen
Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Very impressive setup.

The backdoor organisers look great. But wait until it's teaming down with rain.
Just enter through side door if it rains then
@@johnmcallister8664 Ingenious, hopefully the van floor is always clear then.
Well done mate 🇺🇸

Alot.......a he'll of a lot, but worth it👌
It's around 2k setup, for the boxes :)
What a great system
I absolutely love it. It’s been a game changer for keeping the van organised
Workshop tour incoming ? 🤔 great videos very professional 👌🏻
Maybe one day!
Damn he makes wanna get a van and do that same set up and I ain't got nothing to work on😅
Not to dissimilar to my set up, works well untill it rains as you forget the back doors are open 😂, my sds drill and bits along with my sawzall and blades are in the normal packout case depending on your sds model it may also fit like mine

Must be sponsored as all that would cost a fortune .!! Looks great though
It’s well worth the investment, buy right buy once!
Definitely agree buy cheap buy twice .!!
awesome i like this was thinking on this but now im gone chip away and buy one spot on mate 👌
Glad I could help
maybe put the secon drawer of the stack on the left to the bottom of the stack to the right

Good idea, I have moved a few bits around and not all of it stays in all the time. It’s the beauty of the Packout system it’s so easy to change 👍
Great video as always
Appreciate that
Do you leave your powertool batteries in cold places, eg van or shed? They can deteriorate if exposed to prolonged cold
Looks great, wonder how long it will stay like that....
It’s so much easier to keep organised than it was before. I’m doing well so far!
Having the paperholder on the door is a mistake. Youll understand when you work in the rain..
hes in great shape but van security would my first priority
It’s on its way 👍
i only keep two old drills in my van i would love a nice setup but because of theft i dare not
Looks good but i wonder happens when you have an emergency break i think the first two rows will sertenly break out. unless you make fill peace between the front wall and the boxes
I haven’t had to test it out to that extreme but I have had to brake fairly hard and nothing has moved at all so far
Great video again Simon, especially cause I'm thinking of converting to the Packout system. What packout box did/would you use for the first fix Milwaukee nail gun? I can't decided if it'll fix in a large packout box
It will fit in any of them apart from the smaller sized packet, so basically large upwards depending on how much other stuff you want to store with it
@@simonbowler1 thank you for the reply Simon. Have a good one
what size screws did you use for the bottom floor? thanks in advance
I can’t remember exactly and don’t want to tell you the wrong thing! I carefully measured the screw slots in the mounting plate then allowed for the ply. I had a bit of wiggle room as the van had a plastic lining installed under the ply
Lovely and tidy, until you only need your multi tool that's in the box that's at the bottom
Yeah that’s why I haven’t stacked them too high. Really easy to remove even 2 boxes at once to get to what you need. 👍
Wish I’d watched this before I invested in Dewalt tough system 🤦♂️😂
EBay! 🤷♂️🤣
Man U should be my builder, please fix my toilet.
Where can I buy them mount plates and draws?
They are available from lots of retailers
I’ve been using the draws for months and had no idea the metal restraining bar went into the unit like that when you undo it 🤦🏼♂️
🤣🤣 it’s so handy!
With the mounting plates how secure are they when driving ? For eg if you had three drawer sets together?
They are very secure, I haven’t had anything move or fall at all
Mint, did you find out if the vans got a rev counter
Yes someone in the comments of the van video gave me a tip 👍
I wonder it's going to fare on your first speed bump???
It hasn’t moved at all it’s held up amazingly well
Fantastic solution. Which rig do you use Si?
I’ve got a Trussbuddys rig which is great
This could work well for my Motorhome garage 🤔
I bet it would be perfect for that 👍
Do they do that tshirt in adults size
Yeah this one’s a large
I love your videos, are you interested in explaining in-car audio or AI interactive screens?
Good evening Simon so what do you think of the Milwaukee earbuds id be interested in your thoughts on them
I honestly love them. There really comfortable and just easy to get on with especially having the Bluetooth capabilities. Might be a video we do in the future 👍
Hello, is there any chance to cooperate with you this year? About Smart Irrigation Controllers
And you wonder why people get stuff nicked from vans when they advertise it on here?
I empty my van, I’m not that naive 👍
Спокойный и крутой ролик.
Lovely setup Simon! Hit us up if you want to customise any of those Packouts with some Shadow Foam.
We make inserts for every Packout box right here in the UK, up in Chehsire 👍
Didn’t realise I sent the above message on our 2nd channel, but just to confirm there both from Jona @ Shadow Foam
Perfect thanks very much Jona. Have seen your products and watch many of your videos already 👍

Or just buy 7 sheets of ply
Does Milwaukee make those?
That’s really cute. Not the best that’s a fact.
Milwaukee is the best sold china brand ever. DBN900 is destroying the legendary Milwaukee Nailer
You need a bigger van
And you wonder why vans up and down the country get broken into thanks mate really helps with videos like this telling the world smash a van window and have a look in the back

@tobiassteele344 what an absolute rocket - imagine having this attitude
You know without this video, that’s been happening and will keep happening regardless right? Sounds like sour grapes more than actual concern
👌👍💪

Tool influencer packs out free van with free tools. Yawn..
The van wasn’t free!
