2025 Yamaha MT-09 SP: Launches New Hyper Neck Gets Even More Aggressive | Sharper Handling & Faster

Yamaha is releasing a new high-performance variant of the MT-09 motorcycle called the MT-09 SP.
The SP model has a sportier riding position with lower handlebars and a different seat design. It also has upgraded suspension components from KYB and Ohlins, and Bridgestone tires.
The SP model has a new fuel tank design that improves rider fit and steering angle. It also has a larger TFT display and a YRC mode that allows riders to adjust engine performance for different riding conditions.
The MT-09 SP will be available in Japan starting on July 24, 2025 for a price of 1,441,000 yen (approximately $9,067 USD).
