Two examples of his distraction with his phone - driving towards that crossing pedestrian, and then getting stuck behind the bus when this road is one way and he could have progressed in the right hand lane.

Classic. I totally get the rear windows being darkened as a protection against thieving eyes when the car's parked, but those who want the front windows heavily (and illegally) tinted automatically make me think they're up to something dodgy - or want to give that impression. Turns out it was the first one in this case.
I'm glad to see the police are very happy to pull people like this for over-tinting, but as with everything, there just aren't enough of them to make much of a difference.
I think the Mark Roger videos showed thieves tend not to care if they can't see in the window, they're smashing it anyway because then they can check the boot too.

Oh! I actually gasped as I watched from 1:04. A chap has started to cross (from the right) and this guy is just driving straight at the pedestrian crossing. Not even touching the brakes. The chap gets away uninjured, but if he'd been slower he would've been under the car. And THAT is why using a phone at the wheel is a sh1tty thing to do.

I suppose was trying to clear from the bus. But it's wrong to do that. The bus should wait. No consideration of what matters most - potentially scaring a ped. Sounds like a modified exhaust too. Being on the phone, too laid back a driver, not aware of risks. Points should wake him up. Good catch. Could prevent an accident.

An interesting benefit for me in watching your videos is figuring out where you are. It’s decades since I have lived in London and the UK. This of course was an easy spot. It’s interesting how over the years with more traffic and larger cars how much more claustrophobic this street looks.

His front Windows are not illegally tinted..I have the same tint on my Audi which was factory fitted from new 7 years ago..and not once has the car been stopped by the Police!!

Kids eventually took the brave step of letting you pass, and then shouting your name. You're an icon!! As for that driver...idk. Some say about the RR, though I know some owners who aren't and haven't been that moronic in front of me. Iy's not the vehicle, it's the driver.
It may seem common for a certain type of vehicle to be owned by drivers of the same bad ilk, manners and all. Nonetheless, I find it amusing to see their reaction when caught out, because it just smacks of desperation, and when they acknowledge they have nothing to say, they get frustrated, and rude.
It's about time the law was changed. Like most of us, I see this every day. Unless their is a severe penalty, it will simply carry on.
I think it just needs more policing - via AI cameras, via more traffic police, and via 3rd party reporting like mine. The Tories have cut some 21,000 police officers and some 50,000 backoffice staff, as well as destroying the court and CPS system. This is why we have so little policing and justice resources.

Another one caught, but you really must give these vehicles the 1.5m safety distance they are supposed to give cyclists, the clock is ticking for vehicles being allowed to drive around London and other large cities, the sooner city streets are cleared of all vehicles apart from public transport the better, the 15 minute cities are the future, no flashy Range Rovers like the Mayor’s who will be exempt of course will be seen again on the streets of London again.
Are you afraid of being knocked off your car seat by a cyclist? No, cyclists are not required to give drivers 1.5m of room, but drivers are required to give cyclists that they are overtaking 1.5m of room for obvious reasons that any GCSE physics student would easily be able to explain to you.

45 minuten geleden filmde ik 4 jongeren (~14 jaar) die graag rotzooi trappen bij het appartementencomplex waar mijn zuster woont. (ik kook een aantal keren per week voor haar.) dat vonden de "heren" niet leuk en zij dachten mij te moeten intimideren, (dat is nooit succesvol bij mij!) 1 van de knapen begon ook te mekkeren over privacy. "in de openbare ruimte mag je er op los filmen. jullie mogen mij ook gerust filmen, daar maak ik me niet druk om. het is alleen erg als je iets te verbergen hebt" was mijn antwoord.
net van mijn zuster gehoord dat het erg rustig is, geen kluiten modder tegen haar raam vanavond....

You should have no expectation of privacy if you are committing a crime. And there was clearly a crime being committed here which it is a public duty to report.
If you going to report them for using their phones fair enough, but going out your way to antagonize for views on YT is a sure way to get punched in the face.

That guy on the ladder was at risk. As someone driving on phone glancing up now and again could easily have missed him. Not much different than drink driving to be honest. Such a big car could kill him quickly if head under the wheels. And he seemed a tad aggressive to the ped crossing at the zebra. No need for it.

Did he not get another penalty for the illegal tints? I know the police need to specifically measure the light transmission with their instrument to get specifics but I was hoping as a result of this video, they'd go round to his house to follow up. Yes I know, "Short staffed".
Sadly, there needs to be definitive proof they’re illegal, by use of a tint metre such as the Tintman.
