Hey Joshua, this is the best video I've seen so far, about this topic. And trust me. I've been searching alot for this. In kinda new to see, I'm not even verifyed (nor my client) so I want to run a couple ads for my client but each time they send me the invitation (to the mail I login my fb acc with) for some reason, I never get the invitation. Any idea why does this happen? Thanks in advance.
Hey man, do you mind sending me a loom video or screen recording to joshua@brandpeneur.com? I'll see if I can help man! Or if its easier just send me a video on Instagram
Huge problem though! It seems there's this massive global issue where users can't create a facebook/meta business suite account. Everytime I try creating one it tells me "unable to create an account, try again later". A lot of other users experience the same and I haven't found a solution yet. Extremely frustrating! I've tried to link up 4 completely different facebook accounts, 2 of which is well-seasoned accounts (well over 10 years old) and 2 brand new accounts. No avail! I've tried many online remedies such as clearing browser cache & history, tried VPN's from different countries (including US). Then I thought maybe my browser (Chrome) is at fault. So I tried on other browsers, heck I even tried setting it all up on my Android phone (which is completely a different platform and OS). Still unable to create a FB Business/Meta account?? Man if you have heard of this issue and by any chance have a solution for me it would be much appreciated!
Thank you so much for this video got my first smma client and was dreading product delivery as I’m new to marketing so this video gave me a good insight into what I should be doing.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! btw i have questions. By using your email to be an admin is that making your personal profile handling the client's BM? so when you make your BM partner up with client's BM should I remove myself as admin so that I will remove my PP from the client's BM? To defend my account when there is Ban on the clients BM?
Hey man this was an awesome video, super helpful. Only thing I've been struggling with is that when I unlink my P.P from the clients business manager I also lose access to their fb page in the FB Business Suite. I still am able to run ads to the page in ads manager, however can just no longer see the actual inbox of that page that I would normally see under their portfolio in fb suite when I was in their with my profle. Any advice?
Hey, let's assume I have installed a subdomain to a funnel & I need to run ads to that funnel. I need to verify the domain right? So, what domain do I need to verify in biz manager? Is it the Subdomain or the Main Domain? What domain am I supposed to verify? Subdomain or Main domain?
when client adds my PP to their BM as admin do I give them the email shows up in my business info? and how do i get my business verified (im an agency owner so not running ads for myself), it says not eligible for verification? and how do i upload ID for FB BM?
This is incredible! But, also, Meta must have changed it in the last 3 months?? When I do the first step--have the client add me as an admin, it requires them to assign every specific asset, the exact thing we were trying to avoid. Shoot! Or am I completely missing something? 😩
Hey Joshua. I told my client to give access to my facebook account. I got admin access and now when I go to ads manager, on the top left corner, under business account shows only my client's business and down under your account is my fb account and it says 1 ad account. When i tried to run ads it said select page and I chose my client's page. is this the right way? And if so, all of my clients' ads will be shown in one ad manager? Should i ask my next client to give me access to his facebook account so i don't mess up?
Help me pls with this one: i don't understand this thing, what to do when your client's business manager goes down, create a new business manager for him, or he should create a new BM by himself, or stop working with this client )) thx for the answer !
I used to get so stressed seeing negative comments on my ads. A buddy told me about Magic Monk - they have this feature to address objections and bury the negative comments. My brand trust has increased, and the angry reactions are minimal now. Anyone else tried this?
What if you wanted to run ads for your own business? Would you create a dummy business manager account and link it to your actual business manager account that you want to run the ads for?
thanks for the video mate! question, for personal profile should you make a whole new profile thats made from your agency domain email, profile picture etc. or is it ok to just use your own personal facebook account to run ads for other businesses
Honestly depends on their available ad budget and on how I can get that business a ROI. There's no point in charging thousands if they only have a small ad budget as its my goal to get them a return. Simple example: If I charge 2k and they only have a 500 ad budget that's a total investment of 2.5k for that business. If I then want to get them a 2x ROI that means I need to make them 5k back, but I only have a 500 ad budget which means I need to get a 10X return on their ad spend, which is going to be much harder for me. Creating win-win situations with clients is always my goal 😊
But you haven't shown the Information filling in some steps.. like atxt file and at last .. prioritizing detailing has not been done.. successfully.. this video is for beginners isn't, then you might had highlighted every single point doing practically along with explanation.. hope this comment helps to you to rectify and create detailing videos..
If you connect to their BM you’re paying for their ads out of your own pocket . Wouldn’t you just connect to their ad account so they can pay for their own ads?
Unfortunately now BM will still ask the client to select all the areas that need access. So whether they add your personal page as admin or you request partner access to their BM, they still need to choose the exact permissions, which is really frustrating as a SMM.
This Video helped a lot but how can I verify my profile. It says either Running Ads About Social Issues or protect your account. I can only upload an ID when I click on "Social..." if I click on protect your account I can only do 2FA
If I run ads for a client and the client adds me as a partner Is the paid money considered within my advertising campaigns? 2- - Is it better to pay through me? Or through the customer's Business Manageraccount thank you
Great video, thank you a Lot! What could you do if you are not able to create a BM for yourself with Credit card Information? Is this affecting the clients ads, if i as a Partner do not have a fully Set up BM?
Hey Joshua, Love the content. I have been struggling to get this right. But in one of your earlier video's you said "dont tun ads under your BM"? But if you grants acces as a partner and cut the personal account. You have to run ads via your BM right? And how will you not mix your own pixel with pixels of the client. Would be great if you can do a full walktrough of the proces including starting a campaign for a client. Thanks
Through partner access or by adding them as an admin under people. In both situations, I'd always recommend being transparent about this to the client.
This made a lot sense. A quick question please, what if a client needs to use my Facebook business page for running ads, would I have to add my page to their business manager account?
Hi Joshua, can't believe I designed the thumbnail for this video and I have to actually watch the video to learn to run ads for my client. Feels like certain connection was there with you.
Does the client have a business manager? If not he'll need to create one first. If the client does already have a business manager then its just a case of adding a new ad account in the business manager. Important to note that the client will also need to add a payment method to the ad account before you can run ads!
Hey Joshua, quick question. My clients ad account is aking for Account Verification because there seems to be an issue with the credit card data (there isnt). The account is basically useless at this point because all ads are active but none spend any money. Would you delete the clients business manager, and just create a new one? I hope you can help! :)
Also, a quick question - would you advise uploading your ID via the “running ads for political reasons” option prior to Facebook restricting your account in order for you to upload ID? Will that stop the initial restriction coupled with the ID verification request?
How do you get payment methods set up so that they pay for their own ads? I got admin access to a client's account, but it wants me to put in my own details to run ads under my own personal business manager.
Tell them that does not make sense. Why should you put your own money up to get them sales? Does an employee pay for his own salary? The client should have their card attached to their ad account, don't let them fool you bro!
@@JoshuaDanielGeorge No, no it's my fault haha. I'm brand new to this. I can see how to add a card, but only to my account. I for sure am not going to do that.
