Whis mine was this easy to set up mine won’t feed the paper even though there’s paper in the tray
I had that issue once but it was user error I guess. I slid the tray back out and popped it back in and it worked fine. Hopefully yours is not a big issue.
Good morning! are you okay? I bought a Canon Pixama TS6420a... it worked well... I reset it since the copies no longer do well and even the prints... there are traces and letters missing
That is strange, I have not had that issue so I do not have any suggestions other than looking on the product page and see if they have a Q&A section. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
