What is the difference between POMI and NRM2?
Hello Katiso 👋🏻. Both are standard methods of measurement used to prepare, quantify and price a BOQ. The difference will be in the sections used in the BOQ, and the breakdown and location of items in the BOQ. Depending on the country or the region you live in, you will choose which one to use. But in my opinion POMI is more popular and simpler. 👍

This Question is for Representation of Formwork quantities floor wise. So, While writing BOQ, Shall i go in the manner mentioned below.
a) All Formwork upto Plinth Level
b) Formwork From Plinth Level To First Floor Slab Level
c) Formwork from First Floor To Second Floor Slab Level

Thank you Sujeet for your kind support. I would suggest splitting the concrete BOQ into sub structure and superstructure. Under both of them you will have poured concrete, steel reinforcement and form work. Under the form work of each you may state the items element wise ie. beam columns slab staircase
