I thought your video was wonderful! I believe a lot of women, including myself, need help with meal ideas and ways to prepare a healthier week. This style of video felt more candid and relatable. Idea for future video: lunch and breakfast ideas for that working woman on the go. Specifically how to get more protein and greens in. Thank you!

This was great Becca! I too notice that when I eat sweets I crave more sweets. I had been using the chia pudding months ago and had forgotten how good an alternative it is. Thanks for the reminder!

I loved this! Could you do a video about different sides of veggies to eat? I wasn't raised eating veggies at all, so it's really difficult to want to incorporate a good serving of veggies a couple times a day. My body loves veggies I noticed.

I agree, I like to go on vacation , but love to get home to my routine and normal eating . Vacation makes me constipated and feeling bloated from not eating like I should and getting out of a normal eating routine , great video 😊

I love the how to videos that show us instead of just telling. This was perfect! I know you’ve mentioned in the past a nighttime snack like cereal - can you do a video on sweet snacks at night? We eat at 5:30 since we have to feed 3 kids and come 8-9 I’m ready to eat again. Normally I want something a little sweeter but not exactly dessert. Also why is there fear of eating after 7?

*Celery with peanut butter and raisins is a tasty snack.
      *medjool dates.
      *homemade blissballs
      *homemade banana bread
      *Carrots with hummus
*you could make a chocolate chia pudding, blended or unblended depending on texture preference.
*nice cream or homemade fruit fruit popsicle
      *homemade sugar free cookie

Awesome video! I returned home from vacation today and you helped me make a plan to get back on track ❤. I am 67 and retired. Took my 7 & 4 year old grands on a vacation and this video was perfect for me. Thanks and keep up the great work. Laura Chambers ❤❤❤❤

Great video! I can totally attest to the Calm Magnesium! I have had pretty bad IBS-C for about 22 years and have tried EVERYTHING to help including every prescription, every over the counter, and high fiber, lots of water, etc etc..I tried this and it completely has helped me so so much. It’s like a miracle. I use 3 teaspoons every night with warm water and it works wonders, like nothing else I have ever used. And apparently most people are deficient in magnesium anyway, so its a win-win. Plus, magnesium supposedly helps with anxiety, sleep, and many other things that others swear by (read the comments on Amazon-it’s crazy), but I only notice it helping with constipation.
On another note: oh my gosh, your baby boy is SO CUTE!! You have such adorable kids!!

Loved this video!! I definitely struggle with eating too much sugar 😩 it’s so hard because like you said, the more you eat it the more you want it. It’s really hard but I just need to find better alternatives like the chia pudding you shared

Hi Becca, thanks for the super simple chia pudding recipe, I tried it for the first time yesterday topped with strawberries and really enjoyed it! Have you tried mixing collagen powder into it? I haven’t and am wondering if it would be a good way of working a collagen supplement into my diet as I don’t drink coffee to add it in to

Have you ever tried blending your chia seeds pudding once it's thickened up? Think it will come out more like a mousse!

You can throw all your pudding ingredients straights into the blender and then let it sit in the fridge to firm up. Yiu don't need to let it soak before Blending the pudding❤

Hate that you have to put a disclaimer in every clip just to not offend your viewers. I completely respect your reasoning but it just shows how touchy diet culture has become. Anyways, thank you for this video it really helped me!

I felt the same way about the disclaimers!! Becca, you have so much fantastic information to share and I am super excited to have stumbled on your channel....I have been somewhat binge watching your videos for a few days now!! I often feel criticized either outrightly or in a subtle manner for my focus on healthy eating. I feel we have lost touch with the normality of just eating healthy, real food that you are now looked at as a bit snoobish if you work hard to stay healthy.
In our case, we have several children with Cerebral Palsy and have to do a lot of lifting, so many, many years ago we committed to exercise and healthy eating and I would never go back. I am a 55 year old mother to 8 and I feel great and weigh what I did in high school. I wouldn't live any other way.
Keep making great videos - your knowledge and calm presence is fantastic to watch!!
