I today's video I'm sharing how I was able to balance my hormones naturally & heal myself of a lot of the very uncomfortable symptoms I had with my cycle for years. This is what worked for ME - I'm sharing this because it's had such a profound effect in my life, but I am not a doctor and none of this information should be taken as medical advice. If you are struggling with hormonal issues and can't seem to get to the bottom of it yourself, I always think seeing a functional doctor or a naturopath is a great place to turn!

I kid you not, I just came across your channel about an hour ago & I already love it! Initially looking for non-toxic skin care, I watched your video from about 5 years ago which led me to click on your page & watch this one which WOW! I have never felt more seen, for 12 years this is exactly how the first day of my periods has been down to the being fetal position on the floor, vomiting, hot flashes & hoping you can sleep it off. The woman in my family never experienced this and always thought I was being dramatic & every doctors first solution is birth control & made me feel if I didn’t get on it then it would never get better. Since then I have been trying to do more research about trying to naturally balance hormones & find this so helpful! all this to just say thank you!!!!

It’s so wild hearing other people talk about having periods like that. Mine were literally the same from when I first got my period up until I went on birth control. I don’t know if I grew out of it or what, but after high school, it never was that bad again. I’ve never heard anyone else talk about having periods like that. I thought I was the only one.

Hey becca, i have a couple questions for you. I tend to get mild pms and 10month pp i started getting *migrain intense pain* headaches. A little desperate, i started putting herbal progestron cream on and take an herbal hormone balancing tincture. It seems to keep them at bay.
I was told to get a hormone level test. And that the headaches were caused by pressure in the pituitary gland and so i dont need porgesterone.
    Whats your thoughts?
Also, i have tend ovulation tenderness also.

I literally say that to my husband every time I have my period!! I said that my periods are worse than childbirth by far! I was confused when I was going into labor bc the cramps were so mild and the nurses almost sent me home bc I was too calm but checked me just in case and I was 5 cm and ready to go 😂 never taken birth control bc it made me scared how it affected other people. If you suffer from estrogen dominant, i hope you're on a natural progesterone supplement. Also, make sure you're eating a lot of fiber! I was diagnosed with pmdd, I've cut out gluten, dairy, and found out I'm allergic to some other stuff hiding underneath that as well. I eat a lot of veggies, coconut oil, beets, beans, oatmeal, cacao powder, i take probiotics regularly, i take betaine hcl plus by biotics research as a digestive enzyme. I hope this helps. I'm always trying to tell my story to help others. I also eat a lot of bacon and avocado to help keep my weight up and keep fat on for my hormones to function.
