I Love how the Mum isn’t one of those pushy mums, She’s not just doing the pageants for the money she’s doing it because her daughter loves it. What an absolute Queen
Rock on

Asian parents are either "A* or death" or "oh dear dear"

That’s right! 💕
Miranda graduated from high school in 2020 with a 4.49 gpa. This girl is going to do great things in the future!
Good for her!
Not only is she pretty, shes vary smart too.
That's great! I love examples of pageants having a positive impact on a child's life. I'm sure there's lots of out there but the drama drives the viewership.
You go girl!!! You're awesome Miranda!!!
THIS is what beauty pageants should be for. The child wants to do it and it's making a positive impact on them. The parents aren't pushy but still support her. I honestly wish the best for this family and I really hope that they start including more people like this on the show.
This was so refreshing to see!
thats what i thought, pageants aren't inherently bad, its how mothers and some fathers carry on and get obsessed with them, they could just do a talent portion and natural beauty without the swimsuit and all that make up for glitz
She’s absolutely adorable! She’s having fun and that’s the main thing. Bless her.
Her mother is the only one I’ve ever seen on this show that is doing these pageants for the 100% right reasons. Also, it hurt my heart that the human hair wig cost them a few thousand dollars when the girls donate it selflessly and for free. I feel like the medical industry should pay it forward and give the wigs for free for patients with medical conditions. Regardless, bless this family. 😇
I'm from the UK and a few years ago I donated about 12 inches of my hair to a charity called the little princess trust who make wigs for children who have lost their hair due to things such as cancer treatment. The wigs are free of charge! The families don't have to pay a thing! 😊
The people who make and sew the wigs also need to pay bills. There are some charities who pay for the wigs. If you can’t donate hair you can donate money. That’s what I do since my hair doesn’t grow much 😊
Before I started dying my hair I would donate it every few years because my mom mentioned to me once before a hair cut how I could since she was going to so I decided to donate as much as I could. I miss donating it but I don't miss having long hair and I like my purple hair
@Zelda CerezaI doubt they’re paying the wig makers minimum wage so if you think about how many hours go into making a wig and all the chemicals and stuff required it all adds up. of course it’s very expensive and unaffordable for most people but it’s understandable
@Zelda Cereza I’m actually not relying on assumptions. Even not for profit organisations cost that much. It takes about 60-120 hours of work to make one wig. Even if you assume that they don’t have to pay for business costs, electricity, water and rent for the facilities they make the wigs in and that all the money goes to the worker that’s still only $16.66 an hour which isn’t that much money
my favorite part is when Miranda said, "I'm wearing a wig." and all the other girls in line said "Me too!!!" It's the only time that she is not the only girl wearing a wig, and it's wonderful.
When does she say that?
@@devilchild9115 she does in the full episode, when she's in line to go on stage for beauty.
@@elaynarice7389what episode and season is this?
This little girl is a superstar!! Good for her! This is what these pageants should be about - having fun and promoting good self-esteem! (I'd love to she her now - all grown up!)
“The American hair which means that we get the hair in America from American teenagers”
Idk why but that just feels like a lot to America in one sentence 😂😂
Because the human hair industry has gotten a lot of bad press for supposedly “exploiting” girls in other poverty stricken countries by paying them pennies for their hair and then selling it for thousands of dollars in the US.
And the hair is donated so it is a charitable cause
I wish I could donate my hair but it's way too short
@@angelicaruiz1406 Simple solution: Let it grow!
@@angelicaruiz1406 You could shave it
“My name is Miranda, I’m 7 years old and I’m gonna LIGHT UP the stage”
That’s the confidence I love to see baby girl 👏❤️
With all the oversaturation of "pageant moms" being so over assertive, this was enjoyable to see. Miranda is a little princess raised by a queen! Adorable beyond belief. She could convince a car salesman to buy an overpriced junk car just by her personality alone 😂
I couldn’t have said it better! Exactly what I was thinking 🤔
I think this is literally the first time I’ve seen a positive video of T&T
Look up one for a little girl named Emerald or Elizabeth. She has gold hair ans her family are quakers so her doing the show/pagents was such a positive experience!
Finally a mother who ISNT trying to live vicariously through her daughter. Love their humble and calm energy. Happy for the whole precious family.
Her smile when she's pulling the wig- so sweet!
As long her daughter loves it. Her personality and smile doing this really shows. Her mom is there to support her daughter's choices, every step of the way and glad mom doesn't force her way. You can see there is no pressure or bad blood around. Just them having fun.
Bless her 💕 what a cutie. Her mum seems lovely. Not pushy or demanding like some of these pageant mums.
Those other women who live their lives thru their daughters can take a lesson from this Mom. She supports her daughter she doesn't push her You can tell because there is no super juice or fights about eyelashes
"im glad I wore the right wig" she's sooooo adorable! I can't take it
She made such a beautiful Annie!!! Also, props for having a normal mother who cares more about her child’s self esteem than winning a pageant!
What a sweet little girl! So humble patient and understanding. She's wise beyond her years
This is the one kid who isn’t bratty, controlling, rude, and disrespectful. Her parents did a good job raising her because she’s poised and has respect for people. She’s doing pageants for the right reasons and I think she the best kid I’ve seen on this show.
what an adorable mom and daughter duo. so great to see a mom on this show who isn’t insanely pushy and only cares shout the titles. miranda is having fun and that’s seriously all that matters. so wholesome!
This is how parents should be, this is good parenting and the child seems genuinely happy
This is what I love about pageants. Her confidence shines through and her smile is infectious! Great work sweetie pie!
She’s so pretty and a lot more articulate than other 7 year olds on this show ngl
She won for actual talent, not too much makeup, no Flipper, lovely parents x👍💙
Oh my gosh she is adorable! And I love how they didn't put fake teeth on her, she still looks like a kid
I had tears in my eyes this entire video. As someone who has dealt with minor bursts of alopecia in the past 6 years, I know the confidence blow it can have. I was a teenager and only had smaller patches. I can't imagine having it more severe and so young. The way she holds herself and uses pageants as a tool to build herself up is just beautiful.
this is the most genuine thing i've seen put out by TLC in a WHILE
She’s 19 now, I wonder what she’s up to or if they can get a reaction video of her reacting to this clip of herself
she's still singing i think! if you look her up on youtube you'll find a few videos that i'm pretty sure is her singing. she's incredible
Where can I found her UA-cam channel
There‘s a clip from her on youtube from 4 years ago if you put her name in its the first video popping up
She has a UA-cam channel

@@grace-carolinealumbassa7142 . She looks so different omg
I used pageants as a positive outlet bc I was a kid that was bullied for being very underweight due to health issues. It gave me so much healthy confidence in myself and my capabilities- mine was a more natural pageant and involved questions asked on stage
Her face is so cute I love that her mom is so helpful and is doing it to help her daughter rather the pushing her into something because she didn't get to live out her dreams
2009? Wow I wonder what she ended up doing c she has great support and a great aura
She's so damn cute and warm hearted she deserves the crown she won bless her .
Well that was refreshing for a change. I like how calm and humble this mother and daughter are.
she is GORGEOUS!! i adore her confidence, she doesnt let her alopecia hold her back from doing what she loves and she's so sweet!!
This is the most wholesome toddlers and tiaras ever
I understand why she didn’t want to wear the Annie wig. She’s used to wearing a wig that’s just a part of her and how she looks every day. I’m glad the coach helped her to understand the red wig was a costume to help her look like the character. It wasn’t supposed to be a part of her like her regular wig is.
This the type of girl who SHOULD do pageants she seems so happy with it
I usually don't like these type of shows but I really love this you can see how happy the little girl gets her confidence just boost up and her mom's not being crazy pushy or forcing it this is all her daughter and she is doing it all for her it's very sweet and I love it
I wish they were all like this!! She is adorable!
Finally a child who actually loves what she's doing, and she's so beautiful!
See this is why i love donating my hair. I love helping beautiful people feel confidant about themselves. Miranda is so adorable and she really has a major talent. I hope she is living her best life 😊💖
Now this is a wholesome pageant family. ☺
The few stories like these and seeing parents who just want to support their children are very heart warming.
this should be the only kind of parents and children allowed in these things
this is why people should do pagents
also me and the girl have the same name
@@miranda07 yes love pageant just becuase kids on the some kids on the show like them does not mean every single kid is forced to do them
Miranda is so beautiful and sweet. She reminds me of an American Girl Doll
You can seriously tell this young lady loves pageants! That is what it is all about:)
This is how it should be
Performing for fun and loving being there
she is so pretty
She is gorgeous and so bright minded 💕 The relationship between mother and daughter brings tears to my eyes it's so beautiful 🖤 This mother does pageants for her daughter not for the money or her own selfish desires. The confidence she instills in her is awesome 😎
her mom is the best mom I've seen on the show
So Heart warming. What a sweet girl and lovely family!
This was 2009 she would be about 19 now ,and I always watched the show ,but I had never seen Miranda before …
I swear she's the only mum who isn't pushy she just want her daughter to be happy and doesn't want money for it I cannot- !!!
omg she’s the cutest 😭
What a darling little girl with a huge future, and a very loving mummy!!! Good luck gorgeous girl!!
So cute! So happy for her
She’s beautiful!!!
“American hair so we get this hair from American teenagers here in America” BITCH so many times
"you look even more like a princess now"
there i fixed it for you!
she's so pretty
Yikes at that thirsty Annie wig!! I agree with the 7 year old; I wouldn’t want that thing on my head either
4:40 “Now you’re not nervous are ya?” Miranda: “if I lie and say no I’m not nervous then maybe this crazy lady will leave me alone”
Why didn’t they let us hear her sing??
1:18 Why zoom in and hold on the sign of the wig shop if they were just going to blur it out?
Why do some but not all parts of this video look “wavy”?? Like the way stuff looks if gas is in the air. Is anyone else seeing this??
What a precious family!
She’s extremely well spoken for her age and her confidence is inspiring... She’s a beautiful little girl
I’m so happy she won she’s so beautiful and adorable
Stooooop she’s so cute 🥺🥺🥺 Go Miranda!!
Sweet level headed mom and Miranda is too cute for words.
This was amazing miranda did so well im so proud of her such a inspirational girl
This is how pageants should’ve done!❤️
I feel so bad that she will feel that she won because of the wig but she’s just as beautiful
Yes but the wig makes her feel pretty
1. She won in talent so she won bc she’s a great singer 2. You don’t know how she feels it’s very weird to say this about someone you don’t know
She's so sweet!
What a sweet little cutie!
she looks so beautiful no matter what hair she has! such a gorgeous child! 😍😍
man this made me shed a tear im so happy
This is what pageant mom's should be. She's not pushy or assertive and isn't forcing her daughter to be pretty. She's just letting her daughter do what makes her happy. Cheers.
Omg I'm so happy for her!!!!
First off this little girl is to adorable secondly this mom is absolutely amazing she is doing these pagents for the right reasons absolutely beautiful 💙❤️
AWWWW she's soo dang cuuute!! 😍 This is a refreshing episode
This is so amazing she’s a awesome little girl and her mom is A good mom
She is so sweet.
SHE IS SO CUTE OMG
shes a doll
So happy she got a great wig
She’s so cuteeee 💞
She’s so beautiful!
She is so adorable and talented
Yes it runs in my family too
Miranda seems like a sweet girl. Her parents and sister are also average normal folks, too. Wow!
Sooooo cute
wow she is sooo cute i love her
she was the sweeties little thing as a pageant contestant
8:37 I’m obsessed with that outfit she wearing, imma have to copy and paste it for real it’s cute😊
Finally a good reason to do pageants and a mum that actually does it to make her daughter happy and not to relive her own dreams
Oooo a theater girl! I like it!
SHES the only kid that actually seems happy with doing pageants.
aww!!!
She is adorable as Annie.
I cant wait to be a mom I love videos like this
Only time, I think they should give her brows and false eyelashes. She's so cute!
I really love ❤️ this episode already with no pushy mom in sight
