The MG-30 IR block would have been nice. But please make user slots available to load IRs on the unit, not per preset

Hi, After the update, the Jam section has gone crazy! the left switch makes the drum play and there's no way to stop them except turning it off.
Edit: I just re.installed the firmware. It works like charm!
The loop and jam section is the most fun feature in Nu-x. Please do fix it. Thanks!

On the acoustic amp with the impulse acoustic response I get buzzing noise when I play the low strings on my electric guitar. How to fix please? It’s unplayable right now. I turned the gain down, the level.. nothing helps.
I have the same problem, big buzzing on low strings no matter what settings on acoustic amp preset, totally unplayable... and also broken tuner (stuck on Bb), also known problem, what a trash update...
I have the same problem, hum in all the strings, really bad sound and the tuner does not work, bad update
@@krystianraul791 maybe it’s just settings we need to understand what to do? The tuner works nicely for me.
@@Ivant3c did a re-update again to v3, factory reset, pedal calibrated, still same problems - buzzing, unplayable sound on acoustic amp presets, not working tuner (now it doesnt show anything, like i'm not playing or volume on 0, but the sound is there...). I'm downgrading it to v2 and wait for new updated version with bugs solved, this is pure trash update.
@@errriss there are videos that people just choose an acoustic amp on quicktone app and just play, sound is great, no buzzing, did the same and it's trash sounding... and it seems that not we only have this problem, so it must be something with the firmware
Adding a touch-wah and the auto record function for looper would be great, 😊

Please make sure you're using the correct version of Quicktone your MG-300. Also, make sure you are using a USB data cable, not a charging cable.
And finally, please ensure that you're plugging directly into a USB port on your PC, not a hub.

I have problem with my MG-300. when I pluged my MG-300 to my PC first time,and open QuickTOne App why it's detected MG-30?

please help me, i have done the pedal callibration, but still there is no sound in quick tone.
I updated the firmware and now tuner does not work. Also, i couldnt stop the drum machine so i unplugged the unit. Really weird, can i install the previous firmware?
Reinstall firmware using old updater (v 2.0.8) it will work.
Tuner doesn't work and jam section goes crazy (no stopping until turning off). How could I fix it? Otherwise I'll go back to v2, but I cant'f find where to download it. Can someone help me?
UPDATE: I reinstalled the v3 firmware again with the level of the expression pedal at minimum. I don't know why but now it works nicely. Problem solved. Hope this is helpful for someone.

Hi man. I execute the update firmware v3, now some preset sound with high volume and other with low volume. If I adjust the level or gain for each preset sound ok... but i cant set the factory presets... did you have this problem? (I applied the reset factory, calibrate the expression pedal... and the problem persist)

I can’t get my pedal to connect to the Pc. When I connect the USB cord it does bring up the outline of the pedal board on the screen but there’s no buttons or anything I can click on??? Anyone have any ideas?

It depends on how much you like your own preset.
@@nuxaudio I have just updated. But the .nuxpreset from the old FW crashes the QuickTone. I tried many times with multiple backups. Crashed every time. I tried using the new FW backup and restore and it works. I really really like my own presets and took a very long time to perfect them on V.2. Does it mean that I can no longer use them on V.3?
