Hello NUX, thank you for the useful update! anyway, i hope the 2 foot switches will have extra functions like turning on or off certain effects (perhaps a long press?) so that we don't have to create 2 different patches just for solo and rythm parts. A same patch with a delay and a booster that can be turned on or off with a foot switch would be great especially during the gig on a stage!, regarding to the very limited number of patches that we can store in this device😊 . MG 300 users please like this comment! we need that, don't we?
Totally! and also being able to assign to the expression pedal different fx parameters than the pre established ones. For example: If I want to assign the expression pedal to the delay fx, the pre established parameter that the pedal will be assigned to is the "mix". However, pretty interesting thing could be done if it could be assigned to the "time" parameter, or to the decay of the repeats, or to the "tone". You get the idea.
For those who get “device not found” even with the correct usb cable, try this. This worked for me. 1. Unplug the device from pc, leave the power on. 2. Install driver on pc. when it is finished, plug in the device BEFORE clicking finish button. (If it is plugged in the whole time or not plugged in, it will say you need to unplug device to finish install and ask you if you want to finish later) 3. Power off device, keep usb connected with pc 4. Open firmware update on pc 5. Press two foot switch, and connect mg-300 to power. Device will say firmware updates on its screen. 6. Voila! Firmware updater will say it is connected. This method worked for me!
hi i cant get the quick tone editor to start...i have installed the drivers and programme, but it still asks me to plug in usb, which i have done.. it is a usb data cable.....i am on windows 7. when the quick tone editor tries to start ther is a pink cross in the top left corner.....what should i do ??... i have checked ''devices'' on my pc and all 3 drivers show up, and say they are working. thanks. what to do?

Just got this pedal today and I freaking love it! Easy looper and drum beats wooohooo my own little band in a box. I plug my guitar to the input and the output to the effects return on my amp with the mode set to combo rear and it sounds fantastic. The only thing it lacks compared to much much more expensive versions is the touch sensitivity, but it's still good enough on this one for noodling around.
I really need help🥺 I downloaded Quicktone, pedal is connected to PC properly, but Quicktone doesnt work... It still says 'please connect the modular with USB'

The REALLY annoying thing with the MG300 is that when you use it as an audio interface with your computer, the audio cuts out intermittently. If they would fix this issue, I'd rate it five stars. Otherwise it’s almost useless to me.

I have updated my firmware on the MG-300 to the most recent version, but now it is not being recognized by QuickTone editor. I don't see anywhere to download the older versions of the firmware or the QuickTone editor, so I'm stuck and can no longer use it. Can anyone help me?
When trying to update the firmware to V4.02.23 of May, 15th 2023, the MG (global version) stopped emitting sound with most of the patches! I've boiled it down to the "NUX Device Updater.exe" in the recent "Firmware_NUX_MG300_EN_Windows_V4.02.23.zip". This updater seems to be faulty, I need help pls

I tried the update today and even after recalibrating the pedal, I have no sound. It seems I have no input because the tuner isn't seeing anything either. One thing though, when the updater tellms me to the update is finished, the screen on the MG300 is still showing updating and the green bar isn't full ; almost full but not entirely. Any thoughts ? Thx
Hi, I got one a couple of weeks ago. One thing you probably allready read is that the data cable must be a good one. Then you probably want to leave the green bar a couple of minutes more so it can finish the setup?? One thing I got wrong from the start was the pedal calibration!! is always the same button!!
It would be great if I could change it to a tap tampo switch by pressing one pedal for a long time. and set tabtempo time by global or preset. I need a foot switch for tap tampo. Please do it if possible through firmware.
@@lukaszbohdal8749 yes, i assumed i had to install the driver first. But its just not found by the PC. Only two logical reasons. Cable or unit fault. The illogical one, some strange setting.
Some people has issue after update, like the unit suddenly has no sound, they have to calibrate the pedal, after doing the calibration the unit is back again (has sound), but the sound of the amps an everything is different. So are this update final or still beta ? Thnks

Did you grab the latest Quicktone as well? They need to be the same version.

Make sure to factory reset your MG-300 and recalibrate the expression pedal.
