SUV speeds backwards across Syracuse street, crashing into home

A driver Tuesday evening quickly reversed a SUV in a driveway in Syracuse by mistake, sending the car speeding across the street into a home in the 100 block of Sweeting Street before vehicle flipped on its side. A video on a doorbell captured the crash, courtesy Kathy Wilson

What is the driver insured?
What was the cause?
What types of tickets were issued?
Were they impaired?
And yeah, additional ring doorbell footage of them hauling it out would be interesting.
