This was exactly what I needed to hear today. I have been wrestling on and off with the old energies which you briefly identified as ownership/control/obligation. I have been aware that it's necessary to allow it to come up and pass through. The question that keeps coming up for me is "are you sure you're not just learning to put up with a shitty situation". But the truth is it's not all shitty at all, I am becoming stronger, calmer and more intuitive in my responses. I am noticing other situations such as work and family is improving because of it. I have been dipping in/out of union energy as of late. Third Wave TF here and still connect with DM frequently in the 3D (dating, friendship, communication, etc.) I have struggled so much with the TF information out there, particularly with "separation," as we have never had an abrupt exit of each others lives, and have quite a harmonious connection. This very much resonates with me. I think because my ex wanted to try to constraint/control me with my friendship with another masculine. It was simply a friendship to help him, but I felt controlled and placed in a box of judgement by my ex. I feel it was his fears trying to override my free spirit to love and help another friend. It didn't sit right with me. I will not be controlled for I am Divinely guided. I would extend that freedom to my DM. The freedom to be, is incredibly important.

Thank you, the confirmation of this was really surreal. Because I have known this for sooo long. lol But as you already know.. it's so hard sometimes, to be able to not go into the triggering. For me, I'm dealing with the MF of a narcissist, tat is at the same time so good.. and why it took me so long to figure this out. But did catch on to this because of the strange way that he is never about us splitting. It's weird, but I don't think he's really a narcissist is the point. He is pushing me to eat all my issues. And doesn't consciously know this, but at the same time is very wise even in the 3D. Last Nov I made the decision to move interstate and not wait around for my DM anymore. It was the best decision I could have made for us. It honours my growth and his chosen life path.
