Synchronized perfectly with my meditations this last week or so. I’ve let go and started to integrate the inner union. It’s showing up in breathwork as Prana (masculine) inhale and Shakti (feminine) exhale and then holding in each of my chakras as union. It’s so beautiful and transformative!! Thank you✨✨

@HarmoniousHearts how long is this purging going to go on for ? Hahaha last time in Jan. Was similar to this, except back then I noticed mother wound/generational trauma fem. Side. Now its different and more aggressive and today it kind of just popped in, it's father wound, masc side. But now we have tools of nurturing to take us throught this. Just hope my DM can't hear my thoughts 🤣
