'Playing video games can be good for your mental health'

Throughout lockdown more people have been spending time at home playing video games.
Now researchers at Oxford University have found that playing video games - and the social connections contained - may actually be good for mental wellbeing.

Exams were design to torture us , it feels like a punishment and we don’t get anything out of it but A piece of paper that tells us that we know how to memorise information !! This is not education this is torture and pain !!

No. Having good relationships with people, activities, hobbies, contact with nature in your REAL life is good for mental health. Computer games are only poor substitutes of real life and addictive chewing gum for mind.

Video games are good for mental health and development. Multiple academic studies and research have shown this to be the case, even has a link to lessening the chance of getting neurological conditions like dementia.
No one is saying "get rid of social interaction, videos games are better." But if they are enjoyed in moderation and not as a replacement for anything, that's fine.
