NO WAY 😳
I knew that.
Really? That's awesome.
R.I.P. to the cast of Pinocchio.
Edwin Lopez these are now dead
Not
R.I.P Cliff Edwards
Boo 😥
Dickie Jones is the last surviving actor
The voices were very good, and they were perfect, and sadly all of the actors are all gone, but they left their work behind for all of us to enjoy and the movie will be around forever. It feels like the actors will be around forever.
Cliff edwards really resembled Jiminy Cricket alot!!! 😄😄😄😄
Agree with you :)
RIP everyone one
Pinocchio was a good Disney movie. The little wooden head was my favorite soundtrack. I couldn't believe that Christian Rub died after his 70th birthday
Btw Mel Blanc didnt do the meows of Figaro Clarance Nash did
Yes, Clarance Nash did. But I'll tell you more. Originally Figaro had lines voiced by Mel Blanc, and some sounds performed by Mel Blanc were left in the film

"Pinocchio (1940)."
Pinocchio - Dickie Jones
Jiminy Cricket - Cliff Edwards
Geppetto - Christian Rub
Figaro - Mel Blanc
Cleo - Frankie Darro
The Blue Fairy - Evelyn Venable
Honest John - Walter Catlett
Gideon - Mel Blanc
Stromboli - Charles Judels
The Coachman - Charles Judels
Lampwick - Frankie Darro
Monstro - Thurl Ravenscroft
Interestingly enough, they were going to have dialogue for Gideon with Mel Blanc doing the voice until they decided to make him a mute.
Not all the audio is gone though. The few hiccups in the film are the only remaining sounds Mel recorded.
Magic, excitement, music, action, fantasy, thrills, and adventures. They were all great voice actors for Disney's Pinocchio (1940). That was a long time ago until they were gone and left their talented work behind. My favorite character in the Pinocchio is the blue fairy (Evelyn Venable). She said "prove yourself brave, truthful and unselfish. And always let your conscience be your guide." I'll never forget that. When you wish upon a star, your dreams come true
🪄⭐🌟🌠🧚🧚♂🧚♀
Stromboli (Voiced by Charles Judels) - He speaks Italian with an Italian accent and later in the Italian version.
Pinocchio is the American-Italian animated produced by Walt Disney Productions.
Fun Fact: Clarence Nash (The roughhouse statue) is the voice of Donald Duck
Yes, that was fun
@@SBNEnter Yep :D
1:14 he’s my favorite character No doubt
Dickie Jones was the last pinocchio cast to go after Evelyn Venable died in 1993 years later in 2014 Dickie died after a fall at his home where he left his wife and children
Actually Thurl Ravenscroft died in 2005, before Dickie Jones.
@@reubenthomas7907 ye thurl ravenscroft was the 2nd last to die
2 actors died in 21st century
Whoa they almost last for a Century
Yes, it was a long time ago, and we're still watching this film.

Some of these voice actors are born the same year as the grandparents of my grandparents.
And Clarance Nash did the donkey haw-e's aswell
The scene where Lampwick turned into donkey was very scary
@@SBNEnter yep especially the way they only showed their shadows aswell probably scared kids in the theatres
this voice actors and characters of Pinocchio was full of facts.
Wow, they are all dead
Mr Rocket 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Sadly, that's mostly the case with an 80+ year old film. I think Dick Jones (Pinocchio himself) was the last survivor.
ROCKET - nope you lier
@@g3andmo what do you mean?
You say dead but not
Here's a fun fact mel blanc was supposed to voice Gideon he did voice some lines of him but we're scrapped, Gideon was supposed to have a drunken like voice Walt disapproved of this interpretation with the remaining of the lines were the hiccups

You're absolutely right
Except Christian Rub, the voice of Geppetto, who was a Nazi sympathizer and frequently upset cast and crew members with his praising of Adolf Hitler. While the Holocaust was going on. The film crew showed him what they thought of him when they got to "rock" him on a boat set for the animators to use as a reference during the Monstro scenes.
