Keep the wheel and tires on it. Add tint and clean up the driver seat. That’s all I would do to it.

Man, that’s the dream truck for me. Such a pretty dually. I’d leave the outside exactly like it is. Maybe leather seats and some dark window tint would be the only changes I’d make.
Not much of a dually fan. But will say this one is pretty sharp.
Needs a ranch hand on the front and that truck would be a BEAST! Super clean!!!

Thats a beautiful truck. It could be left as is for sure. Some cool ideas could be a black sports bumper. Color matched mirrors and door handles and maybe some valance lights. Just thought id put some ideas out

I would personally do 4th gen style mirrors, tint the front two windows to match the rear, and replace the seat bottom.
Black out the crome and put dual stacks on it
Tint and color match that’s all it needs
Paint match factory sport bumpers and grill with cowl hood and smoked cab lights would look killer. Super clean truck

Leave the wheels and tires alone, if you do put different tires put 35s but I would just leave them be the truck looks great

Black out the windows, tint windshield 35%, Wrap the grey bumper plastic in black to match, and Reupholster the seat. But I’d be good with it the way it is too but you asked so that’s my thoughts.

Keep it as it is maybe add katskin covers for the front seat
Put smoked cab lights, a Lund visor, LED headlights and tail lights. Then add some 7500 bls airbags. For a good start. Oh and an Iron Bull winch bumper up front!

Maybe black out the cab lights? Newer LED headlight and LED taillight and fix seat (maybe leather swap) and then tint.
I would run about same size tires, 20-22” alcoa style wheels, ranch hand bumpers, headache rack.

Keep the rims on there upgrade the lighting on it 140 injectors and a 62 mm turbo and some afc live. and that be a hoss.
Only thing it needs is a brushguard or aftermarket front bumper, keep everything else the way it is!
Leave the wheel and tire set up. I would tint it do the interior and put in a nice head unit 3 way door speakers and 4 way 6x9s in the back panels.
Absolutely I'm in love with that black 12 valve only thing that I would maybe do is fix the driver's seat and if you really wanted to put a 4th Gen bumper on it that is all that truck is absolutely perfect I would never be so lucky to have something like that but whoever gets it will be a happy person and I'm very happy for them and I really enjoy your channel and watching your content and you guys have a good one and God bless your family and take care of yourselves
I’m waiting to buy something till the dually. An u need to tint the windows an put clear turning signals in white led with smoked white led cab lights an leave it alone after that so minty I’m excited to get entered for the dually
In my opinion you should put smoke headlights cab lights and brake lights on it. You should also put rock lights underneath it. Maybe swap out mirrors.
Ill be entering in this soon! the dually id change out the headlights and tail lights and 3rd brake light and cab lights led clear lense whit lights and led switch back turn signals.
I’d say keep the dodge the way it is other than reupholster the seat, tint and a tonneau cover.
My 98 12 auto dosent have the folding back door either its a ext cab long box
Leave the wheel set up. I would do a 5% tint on it all the way around and I would add traction bars and fix the driver seat on it and call it good
