Please refrain from adding dead, soulless music to this kind of video. The machining noise is plenty good enough and really all that's needed. Music makes it very painful to watch at faster speeds. Other than that, this is a very nice showcase of precision machining. 👍
There's no music except for the intro section and some of the sped-up bits. The real-time machining is original sound only.

Absolute Hightec Maschine!!!
da es ein demo teil ist, wohl eher kaum zu kaufen. und selbst wenn wäre es sehr teuer. weil ( Personal,sozial,material,maschinenkosten) sehr hoch sind. kleines beispiel:
als Annahme nehme ich : Personalkosten programmierung: 100 euro/std(inklusive sozialleistung). Maschinenkosten:250 euro/std Werkstoff: ca 1000 euro.
Programmierungskosten: 100h* 100 euro/std= 10.000 euro
Maschinenkosten: 27.5 std * 250 euro/std= 6875 euro
Gesamtsumme mit werkstoffkosten= 17875 euro.
Versand-verpackungs und weitere kosten sind da noch nicht eingerechnet.
Als normalverdiener kann man sich das also kaum leisten. und das war jetzt nur ein grobes beispiel weil die maschinenkosten einer 5 achs fräse locker deutlich höher sein kann.
wieso ich diese rechnung mal gemacht habe?
einfach mal zu zeigen wie teuer cnc fertigung seien kann, das unterschätzen viele menschen die nicht in der fertigung arbeiten schnell.
Aber Ja das Modell des Steinbocks hätte ich auch gern als gefrästes Modell.
