I suffered a TBI many years ago while in the military. I suffered with it until I was discharged and months later a friend gave me some cannabis. It was a game changer in my recovery. Might not work for all people but it worked for me. More people in Iowa need access to cannabis but can't afford the $250 it takes to get a weed club card. Reynolds and her goons are keeping Iowans sick.
