That's what all of you are. The brave that keeps us free. Thank you for serving our country. Semper Fi
God Bless all you Marines! I'll be with all of you in about a year!
Man our platoon is getting a lot of attention. Kinda weird, didn't think all that footage he got would get so many views.
brave men
Oorah 1/6 !!
Great footage to there Lance Cpl. Lagoze!
@Poison12346 as a in-process future member of the army, regardless of my chosen branch, I respect every branch of service. I will pray for Marine CPL Brown and his recovery. I hope ALL members from ALL branches pray for EACH OTHER, and if not religious, do what is needed in order to have each other in their thoughts. God Bless you Marines, and all other service members who may come upon this reply.
Dear Geoffrey Dapper
I am like you where it doesn't matter what branch, we are so lucky that we have all of you protecting our freedom. Thank you everyone for making the choice to serve our beautiful country. All currently serve, all who served our country in the past, all who will be, thank you very much. For all who were injured, most precious gratitude for your bravery. I hope that you will recover so that you are able to do the fun things that you did previously. For all who sacrificed their life, most humbly, sincerely, thank you for being there and lost your life. I never met you, but every day I think about what you did, and I say thank you and my sympathy runs deep in my heart for all of you and your family. Sincerely, thank you.
I told my dad i wanted to be a marine, and he asked me if i wanted to die. I told him no, that's why i want to be a marine. To the best and the greatest, semper fi.
Was that artillery at the end?
wish i was there with those guys. stay safe marines, get the job done and come home safe
Bad ass video!!! Marines are HARDCORE
@Poison12346 Sorry to hear that as a vet my self i was Army . I alway keep all my combat soldiers and vets in my prayers everyday i was stationed not to far from Helmand. SEMPER FI!
Cant wait to finally be a Marine! Shipping to Recruit Training May 7
the history of one's country has nothing to do with the human spirit to fight for whats right. you come from a strong country, the US Marines need all the strong people they can get.
Oorah Marines thanks for charging forward as our predecessors did many decades ago I am proud of you as the World changes don’t allow our Corps to change its solid hand of leadership.
Earl Wright Marine Corps ret
Beirut Lebanon to Invasion of Iraq
hell yea man those gun runs where badass, the pilots where wanting to get some too, they would call over and ask if we needed a fly bye or whatever. Cool dudes man
The Marines always get sent to the hottest areas. I have nothing against the army my grandfater that raised me was WW2 Army Sgt but I love the History and fighting spirt of the corps every mairine a rifleman once a marine always a marine first last and always semper fi do or die!
4 years and I'm already excited for MCRD
aye that guy with the M249 in prone was like GET SOOMME !!
@GYMMYT often yes but i do excersise i train too.Except the running and swimming i can pass the Marine PFT an i have also watched documentaries on Navy Seals
@jarebear909 yes, the m27 IAR is replacing the SAW in every unit. each company will retain up to 9 (i think ) saws in order to "beef up firepower when company commanders require the capability to do so"
Glad to hear that, come to America and become a citizen, breath fresh air of opportunity, freedom, liberty. But to be a marine make sure you graduated high school,100 crunches,21 pullups, and run 3 miles in 18 minutes
Marines never use the 3-round burst fire at all. It's just there as an unused option. They are taught always to fire well-aimed single shots which proves to be more effective. Besides they are going to refurbish all of the Marine Corps' M16A4's and M4's to have the full auto capability because the current rifles have an inconsistent trigger pull which means they are less accurate. The burst option was just a poor attempt to conserve ammunition. Discipline is a more effective to achieve that.
Situation dictates but the only time in a firefight you'd use it is when you need to get rounds down range fast. But cqb is why the 3 round burst was truly made
The 3 round burst gives an inconsistent trigger pull, which means its akward to shoot and tends to be more inaccurate. Look up videos of Special Forces and you'll see that even in close quarters, the preferred method of engaging the enemy is through quick and well aimed single shots.
@TheMooner21 IT MEANS ALWAYS FAITHFUL.its roman latin, english language comes from latin and latin from greek.Spartans and romans used to say those words. These makes the marines modern spartan warriors.
@YOURxN4MExHERE but if you are the marine with a camera on your helmet, what would stop you from shooting and look at the enemy......its not because that part was cut from the video......I've seen ambushes with the camera guy/ soldier standing behind his fellow marines
artillery at the end woot. Good job Marines
I saw my dad in the video thank god he save now
@neaeraa1 Greeting Germany from the US, as a German American I'm proud to say that Germany has one of the best armed forces in the world.
@MrPatUSMC thank you, but I'm fond of the m60 myself.
@ARMA365 I disagree. Anyone who actually knows the branches will tell you marine training is the toughest, and the branch is far more versatile then the others. Now don't get me wrong, I respect all veterans no matter what branch they were or are in. But as far as the whole branch goes, the marines reign supreme in my book.
The Marines give the Navy a hard time but Iv never met a marine that didn't love and respect the job corpmen do
@xXMrGamePlayerXx because this isn't call of duty. you don't always see the person shooting at you. and the camerman doesn't want to peek his head up and die.
Why was that guy on the saw bleedin? Was it from percussions or what?
WHATS UP ARTILLERY!!!!!!!
@carlolover1 then why did u sign your contract with 1371.
@1988scottcarey You can in fact join the Marines even though your canadian many canadians served in us armed forces during vietnam
0311!!! 4 more months and i'll be at MCRD!! can't wait!
to any marine watching this, has the Marine Corps started replacing the SAWs with that new gun? i forgot what the new one is..
@carlolover1 you can't choose what you want to do?
@bigpoppa611 My ship date is May 1st! East or West?
how far the insurgents are ?
@Poison12346 God's speed and blessing to CPL Brown and his family. Praying for you brother Oorah!
@jarebear909 M240 Bravo? I'm not a Marine, yet. But they've been using it for a while.
@boompow15 correct. My training.. well it was very tough. and just saying, the M249 SAW kicks ass. ooh rah
why never show the place you shoot at ?
@xXMrGamePlayerXx Do you play Call of Duty?
if you're young enough you can enlist in our military if you want
There's far healthier decisions than attacking a group of U.S. Marines. Hell everybody from the British-Canadians, Mexicans and Spanish to the Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese have learned that the hard way.
@billislois i always wondered what that meant?
@BrokenSp00n i said fitness......i mena how much perfect pull ups cna you do? and push ups
@xXMrGamePlayerXx Right? United States Army Cpl Combat Medic served 1 tour in afghanistan and currently stationed at Schofield barracks hawaii. I'm sure you are...Unless you're a marine?
3:17 that was badass
Sad that you only see two options.
Allways first
@YOURxN4MExHERE The tactics do make sense when you see who they're fighting against...shoot and scoot and planting IEDs is what I'd have to do if I was in their shoes...there's no way they could ever face the Marines without guerrilla tactics
Yea buddy! ooh-rah marines!
good jobs marines
the best sight when a marine is standing there shooting a M24 form the sholder
ooh fucking rahh marines, cant wait to join you guys
0:25 It's Sylvester Stallone!
Freaking 80mms hitting home!
damn dude this is making me want to join so badly
I hope who ever got hit is ok
1:36 'Calm Down'...S/F
1:54 holy shit
Sad you don't have any options to defend anything you say with.
@iRpTxx 1st to fight, last to leave. OORAH!!!
@xXMrGamePlayerXx Didn't you see the two massive explosions at the end? That WAS were they were shooting, now get back to Call of Duty.
Sound of hell comin on you're add. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
3:19 you can see the missile haha so sick.
@base4ball6kid how about you get excited on finishing school first
Than you can get excited for the Usmc kid
@MaNiMaBaLLa Actually the tactic that the Taliban use is a very logical one. I'd love to see you fight against a well trained force like a squad of infantry marines that not only has a shit load of ammo and supplies but also artillery and precision guided bombs at their disposal. We'd see just how much you'd be popping your head up.
@skateprogressweekly if you're fighting with for what they're fighting then yes...they don't have the same set of moral values as us, you know...
@raywhiplash only 8 Days for me brother!
SEMPER FIDELIS
Oorah!
lol :D you can join if you come down to the states. Only prob is that you need proper documentation.
Ill be there in 5 months man. im 0311 too.@raywhiplash
Sodom and Gomorrah judgement from God! Thank you!
@Poison12346 shit! how the fuck did that happen:/
@sh1nfo of course...
لا
I hope CIA or some three letter ip traced that dude...
Anyways this is pretty hardcore. I'm goin 03 soon, standing by to stand by atm... >:|
fuck yea WBAW!!
@baar34 Ain't that the truth.
@delouaz nah dude your mad.
lol the history of germany means nothing, hell it's easier for a german than it would be for someone say from china or russia xD you can get citizenship in the us military but i belive you have to reside in the us (with a legal visa obviously) for some time before you can enlist, not sure how long though
for Combat Filmtage go to Funker530
brainwashing at its finest.
@GYMMYT i was just curious and shut up already with that callf of duty stereotype...grow up
@delouaz LOL Are you mad?
No, I did explain myself. You're just only seeing one view of "correcting" situations. Do you not even see what you type? How does it make it okay for our troops to kill innocents just because other Freedom Fighters and Muslim Extremists do? You just admitted that we are on the same moral level as them. Maybe your ideals about applying to politics would have worked once, but it will never. The grip on our neck is tight... and the minds of our nation frail, as you have proven.
@xXMrGamePlayerXx Jesus christ you play too much video games.
