@Emil315 Maybe a bit late to respond, but you're absolutely right man, most of my favourite Yngwie songs are the least known ones, like Leviathan, Perpetual, My Ressurection, Liar etc. while I don't really like the arpeggios from hell the way he plays it in the video that's been viewed for so many times. I do love the record version of arpeggios from hell btw.
@@nanordstrom Lack of melodic playing? There are plenty of good guitarists in Sweden and I know that the really good ones do not hate his playing, maybe because they can appreciate his tone (young Yngwie has the best guitar tone), his melodic playing (not only melodies within the solos but also chord progressions, obviously his phrasing, not gonna mention vibrato and so on, the average guitar players in Sweden (and around the world for that matter) thing that he only plays fast scales lol. Now his personality is a whole other ballgame, we all know he's an ass and that he is doing all the same thing for so many years, but he is doing it damn well, or at least he used to :)

You are truly an amazing Guitarist But your songs are all lead guitar with No personality in them. You have Nothing on EVHs music. 🙄
