I understand that this was made after Jak 2, and most knew kor was the metal head leader but if someone played this after precursor legacy then they would know straight away that Kor is him and it would be a spoiler for Jak 2.

I wanna see Jak and Daxter go back in time to the events of the first game where they have to protect their former selves from this bad guy that wants to erase them from history. I really think it would be really funny to see the two Daxters arguing with each other! At the beginning of the game, Samos would probably say something like "Two Daxters!? I can't even handle one of them!". Not to mention, Samos would recognize future Jak from the climax of the second game when they are sent back in time to Sandover Village.

I recently finished Jak 2 and am currently playing Jak 3. My PSP broke before I could finish Daxter so this was kinda neat to see. I like how they put Count Veger in here as he wasn't in Jak 2, it makes the story of the series feel more whole and complete. The ending kinda felt like an anti-climax though.
I had an epiphany. Veger said "These eco freaks won't save us." Plural? He also didn't specify 'Dark' Eco. That means that the Baron was experimenting with other types too. The only reason that Jak was strong enough to break out of prison was because of Dark Eco. And seeing how he was the only survivor of the "DARK Warrior Program," that explains why he was the only experiment to escape. Throughout Jak II, there are probably a dozen others still inside the Fortress being experimented on. The poor souls.

Samos was always hard on Daxter. It was nice to have a character that was old and sagely that wasn't a complete asshole to him....case in point, Osmo/Ozmo was a nice addition to the jak franchise. I wish that naughty dog would continue this franchise instead of just putting ps2 games on ps4. Im fine with them doing uncharted and last of us, but come on what happened to crash and jak?

+Bleed Peroxide Pretty much yeah, until he found out where Jak was being held. If you watch the video there's a cutscene where Daxter sees Jak in the prison vehicle being taken for more experiments. The mission in the game is to then follow the vehicle until it reaches the palace. From there Daxter learns where Jak is and makes plans to break in to rescue him, which leads to the beginning of Jak II.
I have a friend who pretty much hates this game almost as much as the lost frontier, my main argument for him is that this game made the effort to maintain the writing and visual style of Jak 2.
Whaaat, that's crazy. Daxter's my favorite in the whole series because it's a great Action Platformer with great game mechanics that are both complex and simple, but to each is their own I guess.

I like this game. The gameplay is pretty good, but even aside from that, it's worth it just for the scenes with Erol and Kor.
