Dick Clark, what a classy guy. I'm sure him and Roger are catching up on what's happened since. God Bless 'em.

We've seen them four times, every time they absolutely put it out of the park; super high energy and doing all of their hits and new songs! They tour a lot so if you get a chance don't miss them!

That's Wesley Magoogan, one of the best sax players in contemporary music (the sax solo at the end of Hazel O'Connor's, Will you, in my book, is one of the top three sax solo's ever played in a song. The other two being the solo on Pink Floyd's, The Gunners Dream and the riff/solo on Gerry Rafferty's, Baker Street, both performed by Raphael Ravenscroft. Top three, but I couldn't put one above another, all three are stellar).

Why did Dick Clark act like he didn't know about the U.S. band called "The Beat"? He actually had them on AB back in 1980! I'm surprised he didn't bring that up. LOL

He was 56 and wanted to die on stage. Roger passed away at 56, isn't it ironic

ANDY COX AND DAVE STEELE NEVER LIKED THE IDEA OF HAVING RANKING ROGER ON BOARD PLUS THEY WANT IT TO TAKE OVER MUSICAL DIRECTION MANY DISAGREEMENTS AND THEY DISBANDED WHO WOULD IT KNOW ALL WENT WELL ON THEIR OWN!

I'd rather have had more Beat records than General Public or Fine Young Cannibals

General Public, three great albums much better than FYC.

      Similar story to the specials
Lead singer leaves for better things
      But all the years later
Know one really interested in fun boy 3 general public etc
We all want the specials and the beat
