Lord have mercy that exhaust is getting way to hot. I recommend you install exhaust wrap on that otherwise you could have a volatile crack develop if water hits it or a fire happen if plastics to close to it. Sounds really good though! Good job 👏
They all get this hot. Especially the turbo machines. Water won't hurt it. It's designed to function like this. If you looked under the hood of your car driving down the highway your manifolds would be glowing too. All the heat shields are in place. Nothing will melt.
When are you going to show some videos of your trip to cfmoto in Minnesota?

sounds reasonable compared to my trinity and my buddies Evo exhaust but that may just be the mic as its a tiny system and at least on sled GGB is almost obnoxious

Besides the deeper sound sounding better n no cat n reducing heat - without a tune do u get any extra horsepower from a full exhaust ?
In reality you will not get any "noticeable" horsepower gains in my opinion. You listed the main benefits. I believe that on the dyno going from stock exhaust to this system unlocks around 3HP. You could possibly see a couple more HP freed up on a more aggressive ECU tune or a machine with other engine modifications but you might not.
What are your thoughts on the Segway villain? You did a video on them and I haven't seen anything since
Two guys I know have them and have been riding them relatively hard. I'm planning to get out on a ride with them soon. I'm really excited to see them in action.
