Man what I would give to be able to see what him and Abe would be like right now in the later Seasons if he wouldn't have killed him with both of their potty mouth and crude humor would be hilarious. Dan yourself Negan for killing your could have been best friend
What's sort of funny in this whole thing is that Negan was sort of a "good guy" he tried to help people. makes me wonder what would have happened if Negan met Rick and his group without the conflict
Negan had anger and power trip issues, which he allowed to control him when he beat up the guy in the bar. Of course when society collapses he no longer had to deal with the consequences. Of course he respected some people but others like trash. He let his power trip control him, after losing Lucille, he snapped into that dark person. The problem is that Negan morphed into a dictator, became a power/control hungry. Even if Rick didn't kill Negan's people, Negan still would have gained control of Rick's group. It was only when Negan lost his empire he built is when his humanity and moral compass snapped back into place.
"Look at us. Here we are again. Yknow, last time we did this, you said I talked too much. Bad news is I got some stuff to get off my chest this time as well. But see this time, this time you best hope I never stop talking, because when I do, when i do, something very terrible is gonna happen to you. Y'know, I never killed a man before tonight? The truth. I came close once. See, there was this, this bar my wife and I used to go to. It was our, our favorite bar because it had our favorite jukebox. Favorite jukebox because, well, it had our favorite song. "You are so Beautiful" by the one and only Joe Cocker. Probably the greatest love ballet ever written. I'm sure you agree. See, there was, there was this guy. This guy, he had uh one of those voices you CAN'T unhear. And it was like, uh, my brain had been hijacked, and I can't think anymore. Anyway, he is talkin, and laughin, while the song is playing. Being completely obnoxious. So my beautiful wife Lucille, she gets up, and goes over to where he is, and politely asks him if he could keep it down, so she could hear her song. Well, let's just say he chose, poorly. So now I gotta get up, and I go over and tell him that he owes me 50 cents, so I can play the song again and he can shut the hell up. And my wife, can enjoy her song. Now this is the important part, and I REALLY want you to pay attention to this. Y'know when people get so angry, they say they see red? That shit, is actually true. When this asshole comes at me, all I see is red. It is like I am LOOKING at the world through blood. So I wail on him. I wail on him until he's not movin. And I reach down, I grab his wallet, and take out one dollar. And I play our song again. Twice. Turns out that this prick, has kids that go to the school where I teach gym at. Needless to say, the school is, unthrilled. I get fired, this guy sues me, I don't have a job, so now my WIFE has to pay his medical bills. So u-ih, the POINT of this is, there were consequences to me seeing red. Seeing red was a BAD thing then. I was a BAD man. THEN. See NOW, nobody's suing anybody, nobody's getting fired, hell, nobody's keeping score. See NOW, when I see red, it's just the question of what I am CAPABLE of. And well, man, I hate to break it to ya. See, I am startin to think that I am CAPABLE, of damn near anything. *sigh* So this, this is for NOT killing me."
A little thing I like here is with the shallow depth of field, coupled with the lighting. @@TheNerdForAllSeasons After his wife died the constraints did come off. He then proceeded to evolve into a monster. His wife Lucille was his last bond to a happy life. Once she died that bond was severed he then succame to the evil inside himself.

I never thought I'd ever be cheering Negan on, but during this, I was.
Now when i see red, it's just a question of what *i am capable of*
Is such a badass line god damn
No one talks about how the biker never flintched or begged. He knew it was over and he just took it. Credit where it's due
Nah I think he knew something happened to his wife
Jeffrey Dean Morgan is so underrated. It's a shame he only got one chance at being a leading man in that movie "The Losers"
He should of did his whistle before he came in
He should have said... Little pig little pig...
Let
Me
In!!!
@@TheRealist1. that is still my favorite negan quote

Remember when Negan called Rick prick?
So you did hear the one about the stupid little prick named Rick who thought he knew shit but didn’t know shit and got everyone that he gave a shit about killed.
@@jevo4360 🤣
"We're here prick"
"Hey, prick! Youu are out of bullets."
I still feel that line and can level with it. "No one's keeping score". 4:01
I Know Negan Killed Glenn but Damn i Love Negan
@Netto shopper I liked Carl more than both
Me too. He’s my favorite. Him and Maggie, have the best scenes. Can’t wait for season 2.
For me it was a good switch because i like Negan more than Glenn
3:00: you know when people get so angry they say they see red..... that shit is actually true 🤣🤣🤣🤣😆😆😆 typical Negan
The point off all this is.There were consequences to me seeing red. Seeing red was a bad thing then. But see, now nobody's suing anybody, nobody's getting fired. Hell, nobody's keeping score. -Negan
3:02 All I see is red!!!
I love Negan, making him a protagonist is what saved the show for me after the shitty seasons 7-8.
They weren't shitty
@Big Delss I agree
Season 8 was definitely mid but ion know about 7 lol
Ignore the clown. Season 7-8 were epic
i disagree seasons 7-8 are definitely my favorite walking dead seasons
this is how you explain a “villains” actions/ backstory , im not a twd fan but negan was incredibly well written
Best character on a show STACKED with great characters
Nahh, he's one more of them great characters lol
This is the moment when negan became Heisenberg
Bravo, Vince
The season 10 finale was great. One of the best in the show, easily. So emotional and eye-opening.
I want to see an alternate timeline where Negan meets The Governor.
Man what I would give to be able to see what him and Abe would be like right now in the later Seasons if he wouldn't have killed him with both of their potty mouth and crude humor would be hilarious. Dan yourself Negan for killing your could have been best friend
He screwed with him and that caused his wife to die. No Exceptions
@@griffinmiller9012
His wife killed herself that's on her
Idk if they wouldve gotten along. Both were Type A personality, big tough leaders. Thats why he killed him in the first place lmao
@anakinvader9120 in that moment yes, but now after years of being imprisoned, they would totally click eventually
Negan needs a show fr
He’s getting one
“Negan and Lucille”; i’d binge that shit
God dang this episode was beautiful
Greatest Walking Dead character ever
His interaction with the doctor was the last shred of Good Negan
It was this scene that made Negan one of my top favorite characters of all time lol XD
"You best i hope never stop talking, when i do something terrible is gonna happen to you" is some shit you dont wanna hear while you're tired up 😂
Dude the background noise when Negan talks walks back and forth holding Lucille it’s so chilling you know shit is about to go down
This Bikers ramind me The Claimers, maybe The claimers was a part of this group
No their kut was different. Was a different MC
This will be one of my top favorite moments in The Walking Dead .
This is one of the most heart full cold blooded moments ever
What's sort of funny in this whole thing is that Negan was sort of a "good guy" he tried to help people.
makes me wonder what would have happened if Negan met Rick and his group without the conflict
Rick kill him, remember what rick did michone , rick has a big trust issue
@@tugrulbeytugrul yup
Remember what he did to the guys that helped him and Morgan in the bar
There would always be conflict. Negan's way is subjugating people. He's just a mob boss. Wrong way to be. Apocalypse or not.
Rick would never accept someone else being the top dog, and neither would Negan. There would eventually be a power struggle.
0:27 would be crazy if that was Bob
I’m so glad he didn’t die in the show probably the best villain in the show
"Look at us.
🥲 Beautiful
Probably my favorite scene of the last 3 seasons of the show
He looks so good here, ngll I loved his slicked hair and black beard and hair.
The soundtrack in this scene is the same soundtrack that was in the first episode of seventh season.
The way he drops his voice to a whisper: "something very terrible is going to happen" chills
A little thing I like here is with the shallow depth of field, coupled with the lighting. When Negan starts his story, its very reminiscent of the lineup scene, very dark background with a singular harsh light source. I love the cinematography in this episode, it seems very different to normal TWD stuff.
Why nobody cant remind Maggie it was her group that drew first blood killing negans people they killed 30 and more before that. Negan only killed two.
Do you remember the bikers who stopped Daryl, Abe, and Sasha on the road? They were Negan’s people. They started it
I love how they used the same background music as the season 7 episode 1 scene.
This is awesome one best episodes in the whole series. Look how much he gets into it as the scene grows.
Best episode as of recently, Negan needs his own Godamn show
If Lucile had survived would negan still do bad things
Nope but he will sacrifice himself to save her from zombies and bad people
lucille was going to die sooner or later, medicine doesnt last forever in an apocalypse and a sick person still has to worry about other diseases and all the other things that kill you
i love how they played his theme from the lineup
I wanted to cry when Negan came back to Lucille ; that had already turned, and had tied herself up beforehand just for his safety 😢
I fucking love negan
Can’t believe this ep aired 3 years ago
A scary thing when the constraints come off and those who society has tried to keep down are free to ruthlessly rule. If I live to see such a time. It will be very yin and yang, every good needs an evil.
Society didn't "keep him down". He made mistakes. His mistakes cost him and his family. His self loathing over beating that man is a huge part of his character. You need to realize that.
@@TheNerdForAllSeasons After his wife died the constraints did come off. He then proceeded to evolve into a monster. His wife Lucille was his last bond to a happy life. Once she died that bond was severed he then succame to the evil inside himself.
I always find myself re watching this entire episode, like it makes you think how many people out in the worl that wont hit out or do what they are thinking because there are consequences for your actions . Could you imagine how many people would got nuts if the world ended
We lost rick and get negan I aint complaining negans actor is insane
Like looking at the world through blood. Great analogy.
"Take this. Find your daughter. Make sure she's okay."
Basically Negan's own way of saying:
*"I'm not done with this man yet so best you leave and avert your doctor eyes"*
But it was very nice of him to let the doctor guy go to his daughter.
just brilliant.
brilliant acting...
brilliant writing...
brilliant negan!
“Twice” love the way he said that playing his wife song lmao JDM perfect Negan man
Negan's back story was the best episode hands down
When he said "nobody is keeping score" the dude knew exactly what was coming.
Didnt have a single clue who they was fucking with
The fact that we can hear negan OST from ss7 ep1 in this scene is crazy.
After seeing this a few times and watching the Biker guy listen to Negan. And I like his body language the whole time Negan. He regrets crossing someone he should have been following.
I would love Negan to be my gym coach
4:21-4:26 You don’t have to think Negan. You are
When you start seeing red, your brain is going from anger to rage. It happens so fast it's unnoticeable.
Good episode, but I think Beta deserved his own backstory episode. He is twice as badass as Negan. I think people need to know how a famous musician ended up the way he did.
Well... unfortunately he is dead now anyway..
Good point... although I dunno if he's twice as badass as Negan or not! Beta is a beast but Negan is a bad motherfucker!!
Negan for me is the most entertaining character of all time!!
Negan is more or a badass but he is pretty cool. I think in the comics he was a famous basketball player.
The point of bets in both the comic and show is that their backstory doesn’t matter, all that matters is that they were once great men that became something else entirely. That’s it.
Badass? Haahha
This was filmed so dope!!! Started alone with the line up on your knees and boom fast forward super crew line up on your knees
God I’d love a show or something about Negans rise to power
At the end of the video, the lights and Lucille on the POV, looks so much with the killing of the 2 we all know.
Good job guys.
Negan always takes care of the kids
3:10 I can vouch for that. True rage will make it look like you’re seeing through red-tinted glass
4:12 the captions translate to "I see reddit" 😂
Credit to the bikie leader, he didnt beg or show fear he accepted his fate and took it. Very similar to Abe
It's a fine line between Zombies and... half your shit.
I remember how much I initially hated Neegan, now he's one of my favorite characters
