I'll always play Shthana over Mapura for two reasons: 1. It covers the water requirement for Dragite 2. You no longer need as much target protection since you can now summon the new synchro that prevents targeting on effect monsters while a non-effect is on field.
With the new synchro emergence is also a one card Chixiao protoss dark lock. Just do the same one card combo but instead of maing berserker you make mula and search field spell and get circle. Link mula into monk and then circle for protoss. You can even dump ashuna with taia and then banish it to summon out adhara and then make another monk in order to ad back the ashuna for follow up next turn
@skibedibab7902 Taia dumps one when you synchro into Chixiao. Taia -> Make Chixiao first dump Ashuna with Taia and banish blackout from deck. Ashuna effect to summon shtana from deck. You make mula with taia and shtana in grave. You actually can't get Ashuna back now that I think about it but you can still dark lock with Chixiao live.
Nice list. Have you thought about Yazi instead of a third monk? It's nice of you that you give some inspiration and room for changes to the list, so people can customize the deck to fit their preferences. How would you say the combos have changed? Would you consider making a combo video on this deck?

Nice deck. Bystials would be nice in side to counter ryzeal and fiendsmith matchup. Lv 6 is super important to threaten chengying or yazi with the lv 4 and 1 tuners.

Been playing with the new cards recently and honestly, you could get away with no ecclesia, 1 adhara, and one vishuda. I think the deck needs a little more non engine. Especially thrust, belle. New card makes your 1.5/2 card combo way more resilient.
Emergence into Taia into Chi chain 1 Chi chain 2 Taia foolish Mo Ye add Summit activate it spec Mo Ye use her eff to get token male Dragite and Draw. You end with 5 going 1st or 6 going 2nd.

Welcome! I saw some success with the ryu-ge I just didn’t want to add the “bricks” to the deck when just starting to learn the deck!

This is rather impressive swordsoul tenyi deck. Question: What do you do when in your opening hand you only drew tenyi instead of any swordsoul cards?
Depends on the tenyi, ashuna+vishuda/adhara bridge you to the swordsoul, but with the new lvl 4 it can also help.
