Cam, that was really great! You have gotten really comfortable on screen and the editing is awesome. At some point I’d love to see what kind of FOV you get on that monitor. Is it the 1000R version? I’ve had the same VR experience. I’ve been running a Pimax 8kx which, when it works, is phenomenal. Problem is, it doesn’t work all that often. I’m going back to monitors for now. Waiting for the next round of headsets to see how they perform.
Thanks, Andy! Yes, I'm using the 1000R curve G9. I love it (especially now that I have the horsepower to take advantage of it). Interesting to hear your issues with the Pimax. That was my next logical upgrade over my Quest 2, so I might need to do some more research. What issues do you have with it specifically?
To get the VR To work better use the “Link Cable” Side of the headset to USB-C port on PC, no latency, no black outs, I use it for all my official races (Im faster that way), also I love the set up what do you do for a living 😂😂😂
should get a gt3 driver to try that sim out mate

Just to let you k ow putting your wheel and pedals on a usb hub adds input lag
I thought so, but it’s not enough to notice and I’m pretty sensitive to input lag. I’ll do a bit more testing, but for now it’s working great!
