Bea did really great! She is naturally really good with car control. She handled the rear moving under braking, managed wheel spin off the corners and when it got loose. Really impressive actually. Her brake traces now look like 98% of iRacers. Thats a tough skill to get right but she’ll get it with a bit more practice. Well done Bea!!

I tried to get my daughter into it, but being a teenager, she lost interest. She was doing really well, even beating my time in a time trail.

You know she got much better when her downshifts got faster and muche more aggressive between when she started at 4:03 and where she got at 19:35 . Nice content, she must like you to spend all that time maming your video. Also, be careful, she might hijack that sim in the future lol
11:16 She did what all girls do (including my girlfriend of course) when a spin or a crash ensues. She basically turns her head away from the screen and let loose the steering wheel. It seems their typical reaction and I wonder why is it like that. xD I love it. Nice vid, Cameron 💪✌
What I find amazing is that she is concentrating on things like sound being annoying rather than concentrating on her line, basically not thinking about what she has done before to improve her driving. I find that the majority of younger drivers are like that. I should know, I was young once. Overall, she drove the track pretty well when there wasnt any braking and downshifting involved. If she had noticed that she was braking way too early and concentrated gear changes in turn 2 and 3. and used the correct gear in the turns 4-6, she would be in the shot to do 1, 10s.
i've just binge watched like 10 of your videos. incredible stuff. you're so likeable as a person, it really shines through and makes learning about racing so much more fun!

Braking looks easy, don’t you have 130kg loadcells or hydrolic brakes? That makes it just more realistic.
I have hydraulic brakes. It looks a bit strange in data (as if we are easily hitting 100%, but that’s not true). The F1 car also doesn’t require that much force compared to some of the other formula cars, but normally you need max leg strength to properly stop the car.
If you hadn't kept sabotaging her she would have easily had it within an hour.

how did you calculate the time?
1 hour from the moment she first left the pits. Data and setup counted towards her time. I randomly picked an hour and somehow it was perfect for her rate of development lol
