  • This video is for my prenatal mommas. This advanced flow will focus on realizing tension in the hips. I highly recommend a block to create more room.     Hey mommas ❤️ This hip opening sequence does have a flow to it. Feel free to stick with the previous vinyasa as an option. Ease into your poses. For a more relaxing and less flowing sequence, do this instead: ua-cam.com/video/iiqJqJlb6hw/v-deo.html

    Ahh I am pregnant with a toddler and exhausted, and didn't realize how much my body had been aching until I did this stretch! I woke up today with no pain for the first time in awhile. Thank you for this and your workouts, Larie!

    I liked this, it just made me feel a bit dizzy in 1st trimester, but I will try again when I am feeling less nauseous :)

      Oh no! The downward facing dogs may be a no go right now. If that’s the culprit, skip it during the vinyasa OR try some of these in place 😀❤️

    Ummm... just finished this and am 21 weeks and this was awesome. It really challenged me to find the connection with my baby while opening my hips and joints in preparation for the big day. I don’t even do yoga regularly but I was able to complete the whole vid. Try it out ladies!!

    Loved this! As a lifelong dancer and athlete I always struggle with tight hips, so imagine what growing a tiny human has done to them! 😂 Definitely working this into my yoga routine 😃 thank you for posting!

    Larie, I’ve literally done this workout so many times I can’t keep count anymore. I did it in my second trimester and again postpartum. By far my favorite!!

    13 weeks pregnant and this was a challenge! Slowed down the playback speed as I felt I was moving too fast and I feel great now that I have completed it. :)

    Great teacher and flow! However, there were WAY too many ads! There were at least ten ads during the duration of this 35 minute class. That means at least ten times, I had to stop what I was doing and reach over to skip the incredibly loud interruption. It totally took away the peaceful vibe of the yoga instructor and class.

    I really wanted to like this Flow, but it was a bit fast and I feel like I sped though the movements and positions. I'm a first time momma, but a long time at-home yogi. Maybe this one wasn't for me.

      This one definitely has a quicker tempo to it. I LOVE these (linked below) for a more relaxing pace (the second is yin, which is super slow and I love it, feels amazing)
