Know this video is 2 years old but the info is always useful. I watch 3 online instructors- you, Rob Cheney and Adam Bazalgette. The drills and instructions you provide have been nothing short of miraculous for transforming my swing from a 30 year 'scooper' to a bona fide striker of the golf ball. Thank you so much for your tips- I look forward to every one of your posts.
Larry, you made our day! Thank you. Any time we can help our fellow golfers, it is a great day. Do you enjoy learning? If so, my book The Bad Lie would be a great read for you. See here www.badliegolfbook.com/
Quick question on the grip and how the club is rotated when you grip it. When you hold the club at 45 degrees, if you extend a straight line from your thumb to the end of the club , what should your thumb line up to? The bottom of club face? Middle of club face? Top of club face?
Todd, I'm 76 and have been playing golf, off and on, for for about half of that time. I really enjoy your lessons, but I'm still shooting pretty lousy scores. One thing I have never done is have my clubs fitted. I just watched a video on the importance of the club's lie angle anhd I'm wondering how much my unfitted golf clubs are contributing to my bad scores. I don't think I've ever heard you talk abour getting clubs fitted. Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.
Joe, good for you...this is what makes golf the greatest game, all ages can play and all ages can still improve...getting the right clubs in your hands is important. Treat yourself and go get a good fitting...thanks for posting 👍
Hi Todd, I have been having a lot of problems getting the ball into the air with decent power and consistency.I have followed your basic instructions to the letter an getting a nice clean divot, also finishing with good full turn facing the target!!But no height over about 4ft.I am so frustrated what can I do?
Todd I keep hitting the outside part of the ball 1st and I'm pulling and hooking the ball, what drill can I use to hit the ball from the inside? Thanks, Steve
At 3:06, you said that for the most part, you want your shoulders to be shoulder-width apart. Is that code for something we've never seen? And if you're stating that your knees are touching you may want to take a couple more looks at the video. There is space between your knees so it's impossible to have your legs touching.
I obtained these golf swing stra tegies , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it), read it in a single night, and the following day at the driving range put it into practice. I was shocked when I quickly strike my irons with right divots with strong impact. I was striking about ten to fifteen yards farther with my irons than I was accustomed to. Get your own today!

Nice clip ♥! As a current UA-camr, I am always looking for new ideas! Excellent Job!
Want your shoulders to be about shoulder width apart! Got it! :) all in fun, great lesson
Mike Jaskiewicz 😂 you got it.
I spent all weekend trying to get my shoulders to NOT be shoulder width apart. Gotta go, my chiropractor is ready for me.

Lead thump, (left hand for right handed golfer) should be slightly to the right of center. Make sense?
@@USGOLFTVshow that makes sense. Thanks for the prompt response and great videos!
