My young relative is using a ketogenic diet to treat schizoaffective disorder and bipolar. Entirely off medication, as well as competing in cross country at the high school level and doing as well as when carb fueled, after only two months. This research will be getting shared with my students!

I reversed 95% of my ALS Bulbar, reversed my COPD, severe sleep apnea, and more, while on a ketogenic fasting mimicking diet w/ intermittent fasting and periodic prolonged fasting protocol that I developed, and I have the medical records to prove it.
I teach nutrition / how to reverse diseases in my free group. 🙏⚡️

Stating the ketogenic diet is very difficult to maintain is hyperbolic. I have been keto for 15 months and lost 50 lbs. It was difficult at FIRST but is now very easy. The mind and cravings change with the diet eliminating carb and sugar addiction.

He’s talking about therapeutic keto diet- 4:1 ratio of fat grams to (carb+protein) grams- (example 400 g fat plus 100g carb+protein) diet for epilepsy- and since he is a researcher a clear definition in terms of diet content and endpoints that are measurable by researchers is necessary for validity and replicability and ultimately the adoption of ketogenic therapy in humans- it has nothing to do with what individuals do in their life- and that is also absolutely admirable and empowering. 2 different entities- and kudos to all who feel better and stick to their definition of keto- both are important personal endpoints and scientific endpoints.

This is this is the most important under watched video on UA-cam and not only in wake of mandated vaccinations and zero main stream media emphasis on nutrition during covid. I’ve already done the studies for you (on myself) keto with moderate prolonged fasting spared me from onset nurological disease but it’s an uphill battle to go mainstream because there’s no money in it and will take money from food and drug suppliers. Let me know if you want my knowledge / experience Dom if u see this

While the comment provides constructive feedback about using a person's name instead of a generic reference, it could be seen as overly directive. The tone of the comment might come across as somewhat prescriptive, and a more diplomatic approach could have been employed. Additionally, the comment assumes that the use of "your wife" is unintentional or disrespectful, when it could have been a neutral choice. Constructive criticism is valuable, but it is essential to convey feedback in a way that promotes a positive and open dialogue rather than sounding overly instructive or critical.
