Howdy Justin! Regarding your back problem, please do everything possible to avoid surgery. It provides temporary relief, and eventually one needs multiple surgeries, and with age, it becomes a massive liability to your health. I have seen it firsthand with 2 family members.

Great review. Thanks for addressing the vest not being removable. I have mine on preorder. I would consider stripping the vest off after a good examination of it and come up with a creative way to make it resealable. Or i could use 2 different bodies for 2 different looks and just switch the head over.
My question is, is this medical silicone different from the silicone used on phicen bodies?
