With peace and love, you really gotta say out loud in your video when you are sponsored. Ftc regulations require you to disclose out loud and visually on the screen 😬 I'm surprised it's not part of your deliverables
Hi there! For this video, I made sure that I was making it clear in multiple places that this video was sponsored by EasyPlant- it was overlaid on the video itself using the UA-cam disclosure tool, it was above the fold in the description, and it was pinned in the comments so that wherever people looked, the disclosure is clear. That said, I went down a rabbit hole of research and found that the FTC doesn’t explicitly require verbal disclosure for UA-cam sponsorships, BUT I can definitely see why it’s a good practice. This wasn’t flagged when I submitted storyboards and drafts for approval of the sponsored integration. However, I will make it a practice moving forward 👍. Anyone can clearly see that the disclosures I made in this video were done in good faith and not hidden.
@ohtheplacesyoullgrow oh I adore your content and definitely don't think you're doing it in bad faith ❤ just want to make sure you don't have any problems in the future. Thanks for sharing your love of plants with us

lol super strict
Oh this is why my plants are turning brown on the edges?
Brown edges can mean sooo many things but for calatheas, it could be minerals in tap!
Where are all your plants? Doesn't look like that many.
Spread across 5 rooms in my house both in and outside greenhouse cabinets ☠️
Thanks for sharing your love of plants with us
Can you be my friend and I will leave you my house key? 😊
lol it’s been a popular ask after I posted this 🤣
I refuse to believe any HOA member is doing it out of the goodness of their heart 🥲
Hahaha it’s not a paid job! Why people do this I do not know
gosh that HOA is STRICT!! but i love the friendship you have with your friend!!
lol sooooo strict. Hahaha and this friend is the closest thing to family one can call a friend. She has no idea though all the nonsense I did in her house. She needs to watch this video 🤣🤣🤣🤣
