  • The Diamond Approach is a modern-day spiritual path. It brings forth a unique understanding of ancient spiritual wisdom and modern psychology to help students uncover their true potential.
The key idea of the video is that the Diamond Approach is a teaching that helps individuals discover their true nature and liberate themselves from their ego structure through deep understanding and acceptance of personal experiences.
00:00 ♦ The Diamond Approach is a dynamic teaching that helps individuals discover their true nature through practices such as group work and one-on-one sessions that focus on deep understanding and acceptance of personal experiences.
01:36 ♦ The diamond approach teaches us to penetrate our ego structure and liberate the trapped gold of our constructed sense of self through understanding and direct experience.
02:14 ♦ The Diamond Approach allows individuals to fully experience and embrace their emotions, freeing them from the constraints of their individual consciousness.
02:39 ♦ Our consciousness is limited by our personal history, but through practices like using the belly, heart, and mind, we can refine our communication and access deeper levels of experience.
03:10 ♦ Self-realization is a continual process of becoming real and integrated, where one's life and sense of self are inseparable, leading to a deeper understanding of love.
“Diamond Approach” means the method that uses the qualities of the diamond, what I call diamond perception. The diamond has an extraordinary precision and it can cut through hard materials without being destroyed. The approach we use here is focused and precise like laser surgery. Also, like the diamond, our approach is durable, valuable, and precious. - A. H. Almaas, Diamond Heart Book One, ch. 3
